“One of thee best lumber places I've encountered. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, and the yard is organized. You can tell they have a workable system in place. I'm a delivery driver and being able to navigate easily around the yard is very important. The staff is patient and ensures continuity the in shipping and receiving process. Definitely no slackers here. The sign on the exit gate was very thoughtful. I believe it said "thanks for your hard work and get home safely." I needed to see that. Driving can be terrifying at times and the goal is to get home safely. Thank you Tibbets staff. You Rock!!!”

It was raining and was asked to pull up so they could load it and there was no place close to pull up. A big rent me sign and large box truck was front and center of rental door, bad place for advertising it!”

“Absolutely love the products and customer service from here!! I first saw the style of front door knob and deadbolt on an interior design show and scoured Google to find the exact same locking mechanism (the only hint I had as it was very uniquely shaped!) Found it, purchased and installed myself in 2021 (even drilled the dead bolt hole as we never had one in the first place!) and have been slowly replacing a handful of knobs in my home each time as I redecorate each room! All the knobs are metal through and through. No plastic or breakable parts. Worth it! You will not be disappointed! And thank you Jill for being so fast in helping with my questions!!(Pardon the messy door knob, I do have kids!)”
