“Great clean nice store.. I walked in and they right away asked if I needed help finding anything then when the manager came to help me he actually took me over to the section I was looking for and personally helped me pick out what i needed. Very helpful, the cashier was cool too. He signed me up for a rewards account but asked if I identify as female which I kinda took offense to like clearly I am female. I know people identify differently nowadays but if I was working and the question came up id go with my gut instinct not sit there and ask the person.”

“I just wanted to share my experience with dealing with this particular Ace Hardware. I was looking to purchase a new grill. I looked at what they had to offer and met Dominic. He was the go to person that knew all about grills. He was amazing! He shared his knowledge of grills and what was appropriate for us. He not only made sure we got our grill before the Fourth of July , he also made sure my mother’s was delivered the same day! ( I was so impressed with him, I had told my mother to go there to deal with him as well) I will now go here for anything we need in the future. Thank you Dominic! Appreciate you!”

“One of thee best lumber places I've encountered. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, and the yard is organized. You can tell they have a workable system in place. I'm a delivery driver and being able to navigate easily around the yard is very important. The staff is patient and ensures continuity the in shipping and receiving process. Definitely no slackers here. The sign on the exit gate was very thoughtful. I believe it said "thanks for your hard work and get home safely." I needed to see that. Driving can be terrifying at times and the goal is to get home safely. Thank you Tibbets staff. You Rock!!!”
