“On behalf of my daughter who is a tenant, I wanted to Thank Kelvin and Tony Camacho Who went beyond the call of duty to help my daughter fix her dryer. My daughter is a single parent with two small children with tons of laundry to do and when I told these gentlemen, the situation that she needed help right away, they immediately jumped on this request and I’m happy to say her washing machine and dryer are working in fine thanks to these two gentlemen. A special shoutout to Alex Phillips, who went above and beyond for me. He helped me from the very beginning all the way until I finally got my apartment. New Yorkers can be some of the toughest customers, but Alex handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. He answered every question, guided me through each step, and made sure I felt confident and supported throughout the process.
Alex is the kind of leasing professional every community wishes they had — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring. Because of him, choosing The Braxton was an easy decision.

“Applying here at Windover palms has been wonderful and simple. Mostly because of Starr. She has been patient and trying her best to try to get me into my new place ?. I've applied at other places, that turned into a nightmare. They would give me the run around. I seen other employees working there at Windover Palm and they waived to me as if I lived there. ?The whole entire staff here has been friendly! With a happy staff makes me feel better about living there. Thank you Starr for all your time and help!”

“Compass is a nice place to live. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly and try their hardest to make repairs whatever they may be. Karen is so wonderful. She’s always pleasant and does a great job. She has so many apartments to oversee. She takes the time to listen even if it’s not apartment related. Augustine and Manuel the maintenance guys have so many apartments to take care of and there are only two of them. They are always kind and helpful when there is a problem that needs attention. I want to thank them for getting my place in great condition. This complex is older so they definitely have their fair share of issues but they are always addressed in an effective manner. Thank you to all of you.

“After living in a three-bedroom house for a year, my boyfriend and I decided to downsize and started searching for an apartment. When I toured Woodlake Village, I instantly knew it was the one. The apartments are clean, updated, and well-maintained, with three pools and an affordable, clean laundry facility.
Our application was approved in just three days, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. I love the extra touches—like food and ice cream trucks that visit regularly. Recently, we had a termite issue (expected in a wood-built building), but the staff went above and beyond, covering our hotel and food during the four-day extermination.
Woodlake Village isn’t just a place to live—it’s a community where residents are truly cared for. I’m so happy to call it home!”
