“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at
Enterprise today, thanks to the amazing team of Megan, Alex, and Peyton. I needed to replace a rental I had previously gotten from another person, and after dealing with a frustrating situation with my car, I was already feeling stressed.
Megan was incredibly sweet on the phone, and even though I arrived earlier than expected, they were more than willing to accommodate me. The entire team was quick, efficient, and exceptionally kind, making the whole process seamless. It’s refreshing to see such great customer service still happening, and I truly appreciate their effort in turning my day around.

“Chevrolet Malibu was a great car. It was roomy both inside as well as the trunk space. During our 1400+ mile trip, we ran into 3 torrential rains and the car handled superbly.”

“Our easiest car rental yet- we didn't need paperwork after prebooking online. After arriving off the airport shuttle we went to the outdoor desk probably 20 steps away, said our name, and were told to pick a car directly behind his booth. We put our luggage in the back and off we went to the exit gate. The lady at the exit gate asked our name and scanned our car code, then off we went. We rented a very clean, smokefree Chevy Malibu.”

“The GM Michael was so great! Somehow, I was able to reserve my car on a holiday that the office was closed. I had no other transportation lined up to fall back on. Michael put his holiday on hold and picked me up from the airport and opened the office just so I could get my rental. He was very pleasant about the situation. Most places would have just told you to figure it out on your own. I am so grateful and will using ACE every time I visit FL.”
“I wouldn't expect anything less than the 5 star service I received from Enterprise. Whether it's from PBI or this location on North Military Trail; same fabulous red carpet treatment. Nick and the rest of the staff did their very best to accommodate me during the busiest holiday traveling weekend of the year. “Jessica for Avis President!! Every time I come into the Brightline location Jessica has thankfully been the person to check me in. I’ve been greeted by Jessica for each of the 4 visits I’ve had. The first thing I’m always greeted by is Jessica’s friendly smile, followed by a welcoming “How are you doing today and how can I help you.” Since visiting so frequently, Jessica now welcomes me back and we’re even on a first name basis lol. When I see Jessica at the counter I instantly know I will be taken care of and won’t have any issues. She always confirms the price of my booking and goes over my reservation with me, to make sure I’m satisfied. She’s saved me money by reminding me of the prepaid toll option that I can add on, thank you Jessica! Not only is Jessica knowledgeable and proficient in her role, she also connects with me on a personal level and always leaves me smiling & laughing. I look forward to doing more buisness with Avis and having future check ins & drop offs with Jessica.”
“Update - the GM called me and she is going to address the incident. I’m changing this review from 1 star to 5 stars because of the GM and her professionalism. She turned this negative situation into a positive. Thank you.
I would give zero star if I could. I’m extremely upset with my experience at Hertz due to the very poor customer service by Sandra. She upsell my prepaid car rental and when I questioned the amount and I reiterated that I was OK with my original reservation. She said it was just a “hold” and not worry about it. Well guess what it was an upsell. I went back to see her and she “never” apologized once. She kept repeating that I signed it but I signed it because she told it was a hold and it would automatically cancelled/refunded. She didn’t say it was an upgrade.
In summary, she was very defensive and rude. She eventually exchanged my car to the original reservation. She conveniently received a personal call and ignored me for the rest of the transaction. The General Manager should address Sandra’s lack of customer service and her way of upselling without clearly telling the customer.
I shared my comments and concerned when I checked out the car with Leticia. By the way, she was extremely nice.”

“This is my second time renting from Thrifty West Palm Beach, PBI, it was extremely easy both times to pick up my rental. The associates that helped me both times were pleasant to work with. The 2nd time, I was given a complimentary vehicle upgrade because I was adding a driver and wasn’t anticipating the fee, so to make me feel better and show appreciation for renting with Thrifty, she upgraded me. I recommend Thrifty if you want a good rental car experience and a nice clean nearly brand new car. ??”
“Outstanding experience! Landed at 11:30 PM. Budget van was waiting for me when I walked outside. Very friendly driver who helped me with my bags. No line at the Budget counter. David was also extremely friendly and professional and sent me on my way after about 5 minutes. I was back at the airport in under 15 minutes to pick up my family and our bags after intially being picked up! I was grateful for the service and professional experience. Will absolutely use Budget at PBI again.”

“The representatives at the counter and at drop-off were fabulous. The car options were terrific - although our vehicle was dirty (both interior, which was a bit gross, and exterior). After a car wash and cleaning by yours truly, we were very happy with the car. We have always rented thru Hertz in the past but were so unhappy with the PBI cars (and customer service) for the past several years, we tried Enterprise and were overall happy with the experience.”
