“There are a lot of reasons to shop at The Boutique on Plant. Their customer service is at the top of the list. After shopping at two jewelry stores for a specific Brighton necklace and not finding it I called this shop. The phone was not only immediately answered by a real person but she was exceptionally pleasant. There was no problem checking to see if they had the item that I wanted in stock. When I arrived the store was bustling and the atmosphere was still relaxing. It is a happy place with many beautiful items for sale. I met the sales associate who answered the phone and once again was treated to excellent service.”
