“Awesome staff
My family went to Winter Garden for Shop Small Saturday. While we were walking down the street in front of Shoo Shoo, my wife noted a shirt in the window that she really liked. She didn't want to get it at the time. I tried to remember what it looked like and at least remembered where in the window display it was. Went back 2 weeks later and of course it wasn't there in the window. I remembered a little about the shirt but not enough to walk in and pick it out. I did talk to the staff and they jumped on their computer and went thru their Facebook postings and photos on their phone until they found a picture from that day. Luckily they were able to find which shirt it was and they still had it in stock. When I got it home to her, it was the shirt she really liked. Thanks to the staff for helping me find it.”

“I love love Chico's and the great ladies that work there. They have beautiful unique clothing styles and their customer service goes above and beyond. Debbie and Kathy are outstanding and are always ready to assist in any way they can. They are always a huge help to me when shopping. Chico's is the only store I shop for clothing because of their unique and beautiful styles and because of the outstanding customer service that I have received from Debbie and Kathy and others over the years. I recently also met the new store manager, Selena, and she was so nice and helpful also. I can't say enough about this incredible store and amazing employees. Due to their outstanding customer service it's like shopping with girlfriends when I'm there. Each time I shop there my day has been made even if I come home empty-handed and that says a lot about the customer service that I receive from the wonderful ladies. Thank you Debbie and Kathy and now Selena for always putting a smile on my face! You are the best!”
“I don't know if I've had bad luck or if it's just me. But I don't love them. I think there is a lot of disorder in the clothes, everything is very random, you can get real deals but there are a lot of ugly or non-brand clothes. I still always get something but if I compare it with Marshall or Burlington I think it is one step further behind in terms of quality and experience. It's not bad just that.”
