Thank you so very much . This is the only location we plan on using other then the app of course lol thank you t mobile.”

I reached out to Alejandro and not only was he able to get me a better deal by switching to Verizon, he also was able to upgrade my phone and made the transfer process easier! “I needed to upgrade two phones, and had prepared by using the My Verizon app. My transaction was complicated by the fact that the second phone is going to a different state and there were some condition issues with the second trade-in device. I arrived just before the lunch rush. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but I was greeted the moment I walked in and put on the list. Everyone seemed focused on customer service. My sales associate, Vierna, was excellent, understood all of the complications and appeared to work hard to get me a good deal. I was very happy with the results. If I'm still alive in 6 years and living in the area, I'll use the same store to upgrade again.”

“I don't usually write reviews but decided to since my experience was so overwhelmingly good.Barbie and Lesly helped me transfer my phone back to Cricket from a different carrier. It took a very long time because of an error on the part of the other carrier. Barbie and Lesly were persistent and patient with me. I will definitely stay with Cricket and definitely go to this office for any help that I need! Both these women were professional, knowledgeable and had a lot of good people skills! Thank you!”

“Dear Mgr Jerome & 7-Eleven Rock Stars Team, I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your employee, Krissy, on the evening of March 10, 2025. I found myself locked out of my car, phone locked in the car. Krissy stepped in during a busy hour to assist by helping make calls to my husband who wasn’t answering and then the Winter Haven Police Department. Her patience, resourcefulness, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I am SO THANKFUL for her outstanding support!! She’s a true asset to your team and a shining example of excellent customer service. Please pass along my deepest appreciation to Krissy and commend her for her incredible efforts. Your store is fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate employee, and I’ll always remember the help I received tonight. In fact, I drive out of the way to get gas & coffee at this location because everyone there is AWESOME. Oliver is a joy to see—always smiling— always remembers me. Carrie is brilliant and patient at fixing those cantankerous coffee machines. I don’t know the tall man’s name but he is always polite & pleasant. Also the cleanest public restrooms and facility I’ve ever seen in such a busy public hub. Thank YOU for fostering a team that makes a difference in the community. THANK YOU Krissy for your help tonight. You guys ROCK!! Have a beautiful day!”
