“This is not a corporate Verizon store However it is an exceptionally good store The employees are very friendly they go the extra mile without making you feel like you are taking up their time I'm big on customer service and I consider this a plus They open door and greet the customers at the door and when it's time to leave they open the door again for the customer.”

“Finally a good experience with a cricket store! I didn't catch her name, but the manager was amazing. She was helpful, quick, and above all, respectful. Pretty much every other time we've been to cricket it was a bad experience with bad attitudes but she made it so easy. We got a new phone, at a price lower than she originally quoted, in under half an hour. No pressure or attitude.If you've ever had issue with this location I recommend giving it another shot.”

“This is a good location for gas, sodas, and snacks. It works well if you need a pit stop on the way to Bartow or Winter Haven. It can be a little difficult to get back on the road, which is busy for a smaller road, so be careful.”
“Today Saturday the 30th at 9:20 am, I needed the bathroom urgently and when I entered it was very clean and had a good aroma. 5 stars for having the bathroom for the public in perfect condition”

“It became a habit for me to stop in and get a flavored coffee every morning .the last couple weeks their machines have been acting up and i was not able to get anything I liked. The manager did give me a free coffee one morning when he couldn't help me with what I wanted. 7-Eleven took care of all my concerns. With a reply from them yesterday ,the local store already took care of me! so the reply from this review was kind of late”
