“I’ve been to a million different places for batteries through Florida and Nick and Will are by far the best place for batteries in the state not just the area.
It felt like I was with family changing out a battery. The prices beat anyone in a 50 mile radius guaranteed and the service is amazing.
Not just me but every family member and friend that needs any battery I will refer to here.”
“Raul was the best! By far one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with any car issue. I walked in and he greeted me with a smile and quickly took care of me and even changed out my car battery for me. He was so attentive and gracious in assisting me. Tim was also there and willing to assist as well. Raul handled what I needed but both gentlemen were so kind and had such great attitudes. Thank you, Raul and Tim.”
“Elijah and Jordon saved my day! My battery died, my regular mechanic was backed up, and my AC went out all in the same 24 hours. Went to O’Reilly’s to have them replace the battery. Figured once it was in, the AC would kick on again. It didn’t, I went back and Elijah and Jordon answered all of my questions and went to look and see if it was a fuse. Elijah confirmed it was actually the alternator belt that broke off (I drive way too much) from being cracked in many places. Luckily they had it in stock and Elijah and Jordon were kind enough to put the new belt in for me, which is not part of their normal job. The store was about to close and they took the time to help me get what I needed so I could have AC again without also screwing up my new battery since my alternator was totally non-functional! Grateful they had the time and the experience to help me, I’m a customer for life now thanks to those two gentleman!”

“Just got back from O’Reillys. Absolutely amazing experience. I worked with Robin to help get a securing bolt for my battery installed. Within minutes he had my issue fixed. Very funny, professional, great guy! I highly recommend this O’Reilly’s, they have an amazing team.”
“I went here to exchange a battery and was impressed by the service provided. A storm was moving in and I was eager to flip the old battery out before I got caught in the rain. One member of the staff insisted on helping me and we exchanged the batteries within 5 minutes. Without their help, I would have most likely been caught in the storm. I'll definitely be back and recommend this spot to anyone in the area.”
“Excellent experience. I have never been to this store but Drey went out of his way to remove corrosion from my mother's car battery. We weren't expecting it to be in such bad shape but he worked on it for 30 minutes in Florida heat. He is a great addition to your company . “A dead car battery can make any day horrible, but thanks so much to Kelley for making swapping it out a breeze. ? He was kind and thorough, cleaning off all my acid buildup and making sure the new battery went into the best new environment! I didn’t feel pressured to buy extra stuff but I felt very taken care of and assured that they did a great job. He even entertained me all the while with a great sense of humor. Might just be the only car parts place I stop at from here on out!”

“I don't know if Icwould recommend regular batteries because I buy the cheap multipacks of generic batteries. But as far as CAR batteries, I think they have very good prices over all of the other auto parts retailers and a better inventory than Wal-Mart, which is usually sold out of the size I need for my cars. I needed a replacement for one I purchased just over 2 years ago. The warranty was 3 years,so they gsve me a brand new battery with no hassle.”

“About a year ago I came here had a battery issue and had to purchase a new battery also turned out when I pulled into the parking lot I had a flat tire.The manager showed his true hospitality and really cared for my issue at hand.A year later I did return back here and thought I had a battery issue but my battery was perfectly fine. His hospitality has not changed. I would not go anywhere else in Orlando for a battery.”

“I stopped by this place because I happened to see a sign out front stating they replace key fob batteries. I have a four year old Toyota and ended up getting the lifetime replacement battery for 23 bucks. The manager was very helpful and friendly and it took just a couple minutes to get it completed. Highly recommend.”
