In fact they put a new battery in my wife’s MacBook Pro a heck of a lot less than wanted to charge. Everything initially worked fine and there was a slight glitch with the battery and they replaced it again and tested it and it now works perfectly. I highly recommend this business for your computer phone and tablet needs. They even sell and resell equipment if you’re looking to upgrade from an older tablet or computer to a newer one ??”

“I had a computer tower that was shipped over 4 states marked fragile. The tower arrived having been dropped on a corner, I assume, because the case was bent out of shape and the rivets were popped. Damaged the hard drive for which Dauntless was able to recover and with a new case completely rebuild. And in 2 business days. Very happy with the service and saved me a ton of money.”

“The Print Team is the best in the business. Tiffany and KJ are simply incredible. Especially Tiffany. I had a problem with a double sided print job not being perfectly centered on both sides and couldn’t figure out what to do and Tiffany solved it by adjusting the print settings with a math equation. On another job, they helped prepare a certiorari petition for the United States Supreme Court, which has the most stringent specs in the legal world. 40 certiorari booklets prepared to perfection. I would give them 10 stars if I could.”
“The store was quite empty, but I showed him the computer I was looking for and in a few days they brought it to the store so I could pick it up. Good service. But they did not have iPhones with more than 128GB as stated on the website.”

“This process took about two days as I came in evening. Kenny assisted me but I had to come back an hour later because I had to reset my iCloud password. Upon retuning I ended up with a young man with dreads and a headband, I didn't get his name, gave me a less than desirable experience. He quoted me over $100 more than what was originally quoted and was very dismissive when I brought it to his attention. He proceeded to move forward with the sale without informing me what the prompts he told me to acknowledge were for. Thankfully I stopped to read one of the agreements and I realized it was the sale. I declined the purchase and decided to wait until the following day to return and get better assistance. When I returned the next day Kenny and Esther were absolutely amazing. I had some issues with my phone and they went above and beyond to assist me and help with my new phone purchase. I was able to purchase the phone the original price that was quoted. I was very upset after dealing with the other young man but Kenny made me forget all about. The only reason this 1 star rating is a 5. The customer service from him was top tier. Thank you Kenny and Esther!!”
