The day of my appointment Customer Service was extremely awesome. I had an appointment to have my oil changed. I had another repair issue when I arrived. They took care of that as well as informing me after the inspection of my car would need to be done. They took very good care of me and are now my auto care shop”

“On Saturday May 10, 2025 these wonderful people eased my mind and helped me quickly and efficiently. I was driving from Charleston, SC to Ocala, Florida to see my mom for Mother’s Day in a brand new car with under 2000 miles and the weather was terrible with severe thunderstorms. Two warning lights came on and I didn’t know what they were and couldn’t believe this was happening in a new car. The storm got so bad I couldn’t see so I pulled off to find my tire was going low. I found this Good Year close to me and pulled in soaked and crying. They helped me so quickly with kindness and grace. The men in the garage were so kind in dealing with my distress. The young girl in the lobby was also so pleasant and delightful. I was on my way in under an hour and they helped me free of charge. On this day my higher power saved me from a horrible accident because I had to pull over and then sent me to find these Angels of people at Good Year tires I’m beyond grateful and 100% recommend this branch of Good Year.”

“Steve diagnosed and fixed my F-250 diesel within two weeks after another shop had my truck for over a month and did not resolve the problem. Steve not only communicated with me throughout the process, but checked back with me after he fixed it to make certain the truck was running well. The problem was a tricky one to diagnose, but Steve was motivated to fix it. I highly recommend this shop for any diesel issues.”

“Great customer service! I was on vacation in FL when my car died. I had it towed to Pep Boys on a Sunday. They made room for my car in a bay to keep it safe overnight and early the next morning had the issue diagnosed. It was something that required the dealership to handle. So Maxwell and team got my car prepped for the tow truck and refused to charge me for their work. Thank you, Maxwell and Pep Boys!”
