“I went in a few days ago. I was greeted by Liz & Kevin. I had a device problem and no Insurance & they don't perform repairs. Kevin did a reset on my phone & got me up & running. Then one of the other Staff members looked up a close repair place, UBREAKIFIX, and even provided me their location & operating hours. What a great group of Professionals! They went above & beyond & provided a level of customer service uncommon in today's marketplace. I got my phone fixed where they sent me at a fair price. Thank you Wildlight T-Mobile!”

“What started as a simple trip to T-Mobile to set up Wi-Fi service turned into one of the most unexpectedly DIFFICULT customer service situations I’ve EVER experienced, but because of John, it also turned into one of the best.

I originally went in thinking this would be a quick 15-minute setup. Instead, we immediately started getting strange error codes that apparently almost never happen. Before we knew it, we were on the phone with IT, submitting documents, troubleshooting account issues, and trying everything possible to get the system to cooperate.

At one point, we thought the issue was finally resolved. I came back into the store expecting to be in and out, only for another roadblock to appear that sent us right back to square one. Most people would’ve gotten frustrated or treated it like “not my problem” after that. John did the complete opposite.

For well over an hour and a half, this guy stayed patient, professional, positive, and fully committed to getting everything fixed. No bad attitude, no rushing me out the door, no acting annoyed. Just genuine effort the entire time while dealing with multiple IT reps and nonstop issues.

What stood out the most was that he actually cared. You could tell he genuinely wanted to solve the problem, not just complete another transaction. By the time everything finally started working, John was almost more excited than I was.

In a world where good customer service feels rare now, John absolutely went above and beyond. Truly a 10/10 experience, and I’d confidently recommend anyone go see him for phones, service, accessories, or anything else T-Mobile offers.”
