“Jebrell was my rep today, this young helped turn a simple upgrade into a seamless experience. He also got me set up with a new Apple Watch. Which I wasn’t expecting, but couldn’t pass up on the deal he offered. Truly an amazing experience, he also helped me learn some of the new features on the new upgrade I left with.A very helpful young man. If I have to visit again, I hope he’s there to help me.”

“I went into the store in St. Marys to trade in my husband’s old iPhone 12. I had just upgraded my phone last month, and was very happy with my new 16. There were several customers there, who had come in, asking for help with various problems, such as being charged for things they didn’t sign up for, or lines being added without their knowledge… we decided to take a look at my account, and it turned out that one of the employees had fraudulently added a tablet line to my account, when I upgraded my phone last month. There were also several other small charges for trackers I never received, from a while back I didn’t know about… I went home to order my husband’s new phone (they didn’t have the model I wanted at that specific store) and try and take care of those charges. Unfortunately the gentleman who helped me order my husband’s phone, told me the store had to call T-mobile to deal with the problem. The assistant manager, Jenn was incredibly helpful, initially when I was in the store, and then when I called the store back. She was able to get a supervisor from South Carolina, her name was Damita, on the line, who took care of everything for me. Several charges will be taken off my bill, and I will receive a credit. I am very unhappy about some of the things going on at this store (and probably other stores…) but I would never hesitate to come in and deal with Jenn. She cares about her customers and really wants to make things right. Thank you Jenn!”

“I went in to do my trade in and I was immediately greeted by Terrance. He was so sweet and charismatic. He helped me with the whole process, even giving me commentary about which case to get. Just on this experience alone I will be returning to this store! Give Terrance a raise or a bonus, he’s the best!”

“It was a Sunday, the store was closing in less than an hour, and yet John P. Was kind, patient, and beyond helpful. My phone situation took a great deal of time, but he never gave up or tell me to return another day. He and Liz stayed over an hour after store closed to assist. They were wonderful.”
