“The receptionist was very courteous sweet and kind. She was very attentive to my needs. I did purchase a sofa and loveseat and the sofa was 50% off so I paid cash for the sofe but I was curious as to why such a nice piece of furniture was on sale for 50% off especially with it being recliners. After leaving the store I received a call from the receptionist with details about the chair. A defect that I hadn't even noticed. My only concern was would the chair still recline lol? The manager checked the chair out and assured me that it would recline. My furniture was delivered on Friday the January 23rd and I couldn't be more happy. Tbe delivery guys was very respectful and gentle with my furniture. The did tell me if I have any problems with anything to don't hesitate to give them a call. I'll definitely shop with Farmer's again.”
“This is the BEST thrifting spot I’ve come across. I just moved here from hours away and was nervous I wouldn’t find anywhere decent to thrift. I only explored a corner of the upstairs and found so many goodies. The employees are so helpful and kind as well! The prices were pretty fair and there were a lot of discounts available. It looks small on the outside but this place is mighty. I will be back for sure!”

“Purchasing my new mattress and adjustable base was very easy with Brian. However, there were some bumps along the way with delivery. It is easy to give 5 stars when things go smoothly. But the true test for me is when things don't go smoothly and how the sales person responds to remedy the situation. When I called Brian, he always answered the phone (I didn't have to leave a message). He immediately took ownership of the issue and worked diligently to fix it. This happened on the weekend and it made no difference. I had total support also from Kendrick who was in constant communication with Brian on his day off. I have never experienced such great customer service. And I must add that the delivery guys were so very helpful as well. I could track when they would arrive and they were right on time. On a scale of 1-5; the sales people and the delivery people were top notch. Since purchasing the mattress and adjustable base, I sleep soundly and have not had any more back aches (which I used to have every day before purchasing this). I highly recommend the Mattress Firm Albany GA store. THANK YOU, Brian, Kendrick & the delivery crew.”
