β4th time ordering their cookie cake, this is the best place to get your cookie cake. Better than the famous chain. I ordered it from the famous chain cookie cake place and had multiple times at other parties, their cookie cake always very thin, and if you get the piece closer to the middle, they are usually under baked. But the bakery from this Publix never failed me.β

βI ordered a cake for my mom to help her out for my 5 year old brother's party today. Mom went to the Publix to pick up the meal and cake. The Deli customer service was 5 star. The Bakery Manager ability to rectify the situation is a 5 star. The cake online looks good and professional. Being that mom worked in the bakery and talks so highly of the skills, I ordered a Black Panther Warrior Cake. This cake looks very in unprofessional. The bakery manager was great to Mom and offered to completely remake the cake. We just didn't have time to do it over. He gave a discount. Mom brought the cake home. Everyone at the party complained of the cake. It tasted bitter and like hand sanitizer. You be the judge ..... I know Publix could've done better. I also uploaded the picture of what mom expected the cake to look like with the last two pictures, and what we received with the first set of pics. We returned the cake and bought cupcakes. The Bakery Decorator gets 1 stars for effort. If you're not able to do something, Be Honest!
The bakery manager was pleasant and willing to make it right. I wish we had more time for him to remake the cake. Mom told me how pleasant and helpful he was. Thank you Sir! I hope the next cake order is better than this one.β
βJust one of my favorite markets in the area really, itβs very clean and they have good stuff at price that even if itβs not the cheapest around is still very good for the kind of stuff they carry, including organic stuffβ

βHappy with this Publix overall. Relatively small compared to other Publix locations but closest to my house. Prices are kind of high but once again convenient. Switched to this pharmacy from CVS. Employees here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.β

βDefinitely one of the best supermarkets in Alpharetta, the owner and his wife are great people, they are what you call honest and humble. I have been going to this store for many years and have never had anything bad to say. If you are around this area don't hesitate to stop by and give them a try. I highly recommend their homemade Carnitas they are one of the best in the area.β

βA cool Mexican restaurant (El Camino ReΓ‘l) in our small town had the absolute BEST margaritas around. They were so good that folks from nearby Lexington, KY would come to Winchester just for said margaritas as well as their guacamole!I finally staked out the bar area one evening and saw the label on the beautiful green gallon sized mixer, I asked the bartender if I could snap a pic w my cell and I set out to find the company that was responsible for the BEST MARGARITA MIXES IN THE HISTORY OF HUMANKIND!!Maysons Margarita mix became my obsession! On our way to Atlanta once I even detoured to Alpharetta just to see if I could purchase some. Sadly for me at that time, they didn't sell to average consumers so I began to buy a couple gallons from our fav restaurant periodically. I would call the company every few months until FINALLY it became a reality, the mix was available online and the rest is history.(I imagine that was almost 15 years ago)!!This is my happy little margarita story and happy review that I just HAD to share because it was time to make a purchase and well, this is the time in history that I need at least one margarita a day!Perfect every single time, not too tart and not fake sugar sweet...it's advertised that it's so very well mixed and balanced that no Triple Sec is needed (of which I wouldn't know bc yeah, I always add Triple Sec). *I also add a lime flavored club soda and fresh lime pulp in blender and vΓolia- perfection!These are the ONE and ONLY margarita mixes I use (and I KNOW margaritas)?β
βThis is just a review for the wonderful staff in the electronics/media section.I had a terrible experience at another Target when the website said there was plenty of stock of a CD but the staff refused to check in the back for me because they keep everything in the back and not on the shelves. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD.I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.β

βI have been to many pharmacies but none can compare to the staff at this location. They are fast, compassionate, and professional.Jessica knows me by voice when I call her. She is always in a good mood and helpful.The two pharmacists are fantastic. They both give painless shots. They are always happy to explain information about prescriptions and over the counter meds.Dorothy is always friendly and fast to get people their prescriptions.The staff even applies discount cards that give better discounts than goodRX without asking.This is what real teamwork looks like. They are the silver lining to any illness myself or my family faces. I truly hope the management of this Publix understands the value of this team and appreciates them.β
βAnother local Mexican grocery store which I bumped into when I was driving by in the neighborhood. What surprised me is there's a kitchen in there where you can buy the authentic street style tacos and they are cheap. Different types of meats are available but I like the one which are already marinaded.The vegetables aren't really fresh on the day I went buy but they're not bad but I bought is because I wanted to support them local business.Staff were friendly.Overall good experience.β
βEveryone here is super friendly! I left the CVS because they were just awful and Iβm so happy I switched. Always very attentive and friendly. They answer any questions I have and go above and beyond to help me. I recently moved further away but still go here because I love it!!!β
βAfter 3 days of my wife being in the hospital, I went to get all of her new medicines and some additional medical related items-like 15 in all. I was completely overwhelmed, obviously scared. The pharmacist took his time to explain everything to me & how it all worked. They were out of one item & he suggested I checked with CVS. I went to CVS and it couldnβt have been a worse experience. When I got home, I called the pharmacist back & he helped me find what we needed. Every time we use Publix pharmacy, they are helpful, kind, and professional. Shout out to yβall. And more importantly THANK YOU!β

βI want to say how above and beyond these people go to meet your needs, I forgot the name of the man at the customer service counter but he went and got the MIC Lisa and she went out of her way to rearrange flowers so that I could have the roses I wanted. I sure do appreciate it!!!β
βI got the runaround (of sorts) from so many pharmacies - I get if you don't have a medicine in stock, it is what it is, but there is a professional way to handle things. That is, don't say the wrong medicine name, don't make up facts whether something is liquid or pill, etc.
This pharmacy actually picks up the phone and helps (vs having to leave a voicemail). They were proactive in helping find a solution to a medicine that is in short stock.β
βThe Pharmacist there Jackie is the most dedicated, kindest, smartest pharmacist I have ever come across in my life. I am a physician and am always impressed by her knowledge of the medicines and her relentless dedication to her job. We travel extra 20 min to this Publix just so we can see Jackie. Seeing " aunty Jackie" is always the highlight of my daughters day when we go there.β

βItβs great having this convenient neighborhood option! Smaller than other regular Publix stores but still has everything you need, including a decent amount of gluten free options and international foods. Iβve always found all the checkout staff to be friendly and helpful. Pharmacy with evening and weekend opening hours is an added bonus!β
