“I had a great experience at the Mansell ATT store location. Sean and Lacey assisted me on two separate occasion (Feb 27th and March 2, 2026) with issues as a result of a 3rd party AR that came to my house who completely messed up my cellular account and failed to properly explain the product offered. Fortunately, Lacy helped me out with porting my number properly so I could make and receive calls last week. Then more issues occurred and I had to return to the ATT retail store. (I had decided to go back to T-Mobile if things didn’t get straightened out today. I will tell you I was totally upset but Sean quickly arrested my angry, anxious mind. He calmly and thoroughly explained in a way I could understand and answered all

“This is just a review for the wonderful staff in the electronics/media section.I had a terrible experience at another Target when the website said there was plenty of stock of a CD but the staff refused to check in the back for me because they keep everything in the back and not on the shelves. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD.I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.”

I'm not totally satisfied with the outcome but the representative did want she could and followed up with me while we were waiting on the Sugarloaf Mills location.”
