“The process was smooth, the initial diagnosis isn't charged and that is a merit. However, I did not receive much updates until I had to follow up, which was the demerit in the service. However, the price and the service I received are great. The team is also very humble and work along your requirements and preferences to quite an extent.”

“Despite a protective phone case and screen cover, my one year old Samsung S23 was dropped and had an unlucky landing on a metal object. The screen broke. I called Cellairis on Windward Pkwy and Atif said he could make the repair in about 24 hours. I checked out a few dozen of their actual Google reviews and decided to take the phone there for repair. Result - The phone was fixed today when promised, at the price quoted, with OEM Samsung parts, and is working well at this writing.The cost of the repair was $250.00 + tax out the door (41% of the cost I paid for the phone new) which was more than I expected. Importantly I was up and running again in 24 hours and Cellairis delivered on all expectations. For these reasons, I recomend them and will call Mark and Atif if I need any repairs in the future.”

“I just got a new phone. I came to the Crabapple store, and somehow, I couldn't get into my phone ( I was messing around with my settings) ? of course, I was freaking out! The store was open, but the door was locked, Nick was having his break, was in his car, and saw me. “I've been to 4 stores in this area... this was the only helpful store. I recommend this location to anyone asking about my service. I first came here to check on the home internet service, questions, lots of questions haha walked out the door with a device ? I've had the internet service for around a year now, no complaints at all..If you have questions, this location will take the time to answer them. All the "other" locations are rushy or seem annoyed that you walked thru the door.... just my experiences”

“4/14/22 - 5:40pm I have been a Target devotee for 25 years. Love the stores and the products they offer. While recently in Roswell, I stopped by this store to get a sewing kit to mend my son's jeans. I asked the young lady who was wiping down carts at the entrance if she knew where sewing kits might be. She said she knew exactly where they were and walked me to the aisle. With Target being a gigantic store, I would have probably roamed around for hours if not for the help of this young lady. I'm sad that I didn't get her name to give her a big Yelp shout-out. She suggested denim patches for the rip in jeans and they worked perfectly. It looks like this store may have been renovated recently - certainly in the last 4 years since we lived close by. The store was laid out well and everything was well stocked. I was surprised at how well stocked the shoe department was. My local store's shoe area always looks empty. They have a full Ulta store inside the store and a great selection of housewares and decor. Restrooms were clean, check out lines were quick and all in all, it was a great little shopping trip!”

“I had a flat tire on my way home from work and after being turned away from a collision center, I wasn't too optimistic about getting help here. I arrived just before closing time and could sense that they weren't thrilled about another service request.After explaining my situation, they inspected my tire and even joked about not noticing it at first, which lightened the mood. Although they tried to sell me a new tire, I declined, but they still put on my spare tire and even offered to add air to my other tires with a smile. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and positive attitudes, especially considering it was closing time.”
