I called for availability and they had 2. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would hold one…..with just a name and phone number. I arrived after lunch to pick it up and was greeted and asked what can we do for you today? I was amazed at the inventory and displays. I browsed and found a wallet for myself.
While check out it warranty was explained and other add ons including burned in initials. Great Place and Staff!”
“I don’t usually enjoy going into stores these days, but our visit to Tillys was an exception. We came in to return a pair of jeans that didn’t fit, and Maddie, the store manager, made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She was not only helpful but also very personable, taking the time to figure out what style we were really looking for instead of just rushing us through.
The store itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, but Maddie truly made the difference. Great customer service is rare these days, and she reminded us how pleasant shopping in person can be. Tillys is lucky to have her on their team. I hope they know how valuable she is. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back.”

But not at Ann Taylor. I had the best customer experience today at NorthPoint Mall. I wish I could remember the name of the employee, but she was lovely and also a paralegal. She went above and beyond and offered great conversation while doing it.
I don’t leave reviews often like this, but these folks should be recognized for the value they bring to the brand.

“This is the best J.Jill in the Atlanta metro area. The ladies in this store are so helpful without being pushy. I always find great deal in their sale section and they always have super items in the non-sale section. The sales ladies are always willing to get a size or something that might work better. It is just a pleasure to shop with them - almost like shopping with girlfriends !”
“We walked in looking for some slacks and have been literally looking forever. This very nice lady Mrs. Pam and the other associate that worked there was so helpful and just so sweet. I was greeted warmly, the gentleman took time to watch my stride, measure my feet, used the machine to show me how I put pressure on my feet. He recommend insert, tried them on with the new Brooks sneakers. Man my feet hasn't been this pain free in a year.Ended up buying the insert, sneakers, and house shoes. Great stuff”
