“Loved it! We came in for me to get new work boots since I've been wearing ones from walmart and my feet have been hurting a lot. The place was super neat and clean. The guy that was there was so nice and got me on the scanner and measured my feet so we could figure out my actual shoe size. He was very helpful and I requested a shoe similar to the one I wanted and he took the time to find some good ones. I'm happy with our visit today and we will be coming back :)

“Thank you Lynn! I heard the FF ad on local tv and decided to go in before an office visit to the podiatrist. I had tried to select sneakers on my own and because the elasticity in my feet had weakened, I self diagnosed with a wider shoe. After several days, I was in agony with blisters and a backache and could not understand. Lynn was kind enough to help me see that I needed to go up a shoe size and not the width. I laughingly told her she saved me a copay and a lot of time and I mean it! The inserts she selected are as great as the sneakers themselves. I travel for work so I am highly dependent on being able to walk long distances. Again, thank you Lynn and FF! You are my go to for comfort and performance.”

“We bought two more pairs of our shoes here, we always buy Sketchers, they are the most comfortable shoes you can find and prices are great since second pair is always 50% off. So my husband and I always buy our shoes together. The staffs were nice helped us with sizes, I have bad back-disc prob & we both have high arches so we need cushy shoes. Few yrs ago I realized to buy 1 size up-used to wear 6, now I buy 7size. Ladies as we get older we need comfortable shoes, try one size up, your feet will thank you. With Sketchers slip in shoes, memory foam my feet feels so comfortable, I don't have to bend down to get in and out of shoes and they don't slip off with size up. Try sizing up!
And they are all so pretty colors and designs!”

“I went in today because I ordered the wrong size school shoes not paying attention. I went in today, the workers were fine. I haven’t slept in over 24 hrs so I’m a little cranky plus having to come out in the rain to exchange shoes while taking a Lyft with 3 kids, ALSO annoying. I was rushing the people at checkout cause my Lyft came WAY sooner than expected (it was the same driver that dropped us off) I was rushing the girl( I wasn’t trying to be rude just didn’t want to miss my ride) and they were calm, the manager seemed a lil annoyed but she remained professional!! I appreciate it cause I genuinely was NOT trying to be rude just a lil cranky and in a rush. I’d definitely come back on a dry day when I have more time they have A LOT of styles and deals in store!”

“I had an excellent experience at Famous Footwear thanks to Adrian, the Sales Lead. I came in looking for a new pair of sneakers and wasn’t quite sure which style would work best. Adrian took the time to ask me about what I needed them for and walked me through several options until I found the perfect pair — the red and black Air Max.
What really impressed me was that when it came time to check out, I was in the middle of an important business call. Adrian handled the entire transaction smoothly, making it quick and effortless so I could stay focused. That level of customer service is rare, and I really appreciate it.
