“Irene was wonderful. I am power of attorney for my elderly aunt whose husband passed away several years ago. Came In to discover what kind of nightmare I was facing with removing him and adding me to her accounts when I don’t bank here. Irene was so pleasant and worked so hard and was so persistent and made several calls and after a lengthy process she was able to jump through all the necessary hoops to get it taken care of and I was able to Remove the deceased, and add myself same day. Was fully expecting to be sent away multiple times and this being a very lengthy painful process with multiple trips like everything seems to be these days.
