I came in for a tire rotation with an appointment. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait, but it ended up taking 4 hours before it was finished.

Should have read the reviews before trying the tire center here. Even with an appointment, expect to wait 1.5 to 3 hours. Customer service ranged from polite to dismissive, and they struggled to answer basic questions. Don’t come here if you value your time.
