“In the age where customer service has seemingly become obsolete, my T-Mobile experience at the Roswell Road(Sandy Springs) location has renewed my hope. Of any T-Mobile associate encounter(in person or phone), Broderick’s level of service surpassed and was glaringly different. He was very patient, personable, and most of all SOLUTION ORIENTED!! “Pay attention to their words. They tried to get me to switch my phone over to their service using a promo that was about getting another phone for free. However, they did not express they will need a background check and that they will lock you into a financial contract so when you decide to pop out of their services, you'll be obligated to pay the remainder of both bills. Smh! Pay attention!”

“Today I had such a amazing interaction with Germain E. At the t mobile store in Lenox mall. He is such a knowledgeable associate, answered all my questions honestly and willing. (I know I had alot) He was honest and patient and welcoming. Because of that interaction I returned in a couple of days with my decision on the S25 ultra. There i met Tanisa M. who quickly help set up and transfer the old phone with the new. Again answering any and all my questions about the process. These two individuals are a major plus too t- mobile and because of there expertise and customer service I will gladly point anyone in there direction. I stopped by this location a few weeks ago to pick up my Wi-Fi equipment. While the representative who helped me didn’t have the clearest communication skills, he was still very helpful and patient. After asking a few questions, he made sure I left with exactly what I needed.
The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long—which was a huge plus. Overall, a positive and easy experience!”

“My businesses have had co-located servers at Cyber Wurx for almost 20 years. Their service is personal and professional, prompt and friendly.Uptime has been so good I don't recall a time in the past decade (or longer) there's been downtime. When my company moved to another state years ago, we were nervous about no longer being nearby. They have handled remote service so well including drive swaps, and our concerns evaporated - it's actually been more convenient than sending our tech was.I deal with hosting companies daily on behalf of my clients. I can say with a great deal of confidence that these are good people at a good company. I highly recommend them.”
“I've had Verus internet now since Q1 2017 and the service has been fantastic. My HOA provided standard 100Mbps but I've since upgraded to 250Mbps then 1Gbps and that's the speed I get. It's fast. Really fast.The service is reliable (I monitor my own home via services like Uptime Robot and updown.io) and it rarely goes down. Scheduled maintenance is far and few between, done at night and is usually short.I've only engaged support a few times and responses are prompt. I haven't really had any large issues but they've been more than helpful with some recent lower IPv6 performance (solved in the same day) and once with my static IP not being set correctly.”
