That’s never happened since the location is always so busy. Dwayne was well knowledgeable about everything Xfinity had to offer! I had to I only came in for WiFi but ended up starting a phone line as well! I didn’t even know Xfinity offered affordable service. “Atlantic Nexus has been providing my internet for some 19 years. It's a small company, where I have spoken with the owner a number of times. Whenever there has been the slightest issue, they have gotten back to me immediately. This would be the opposite experience of ATT, where a robot or someone in the Philippines is their idea of customer service.”

“My businesses have had co-located servers at Cyber Wurx for almost 20 years. Their service is personal and professional, prompt and friendly.Uptime has been so good I don't recall a time in the past decade (or longer) there's been downtime. When my company moved to another state years ago, we were nervous about no longer being nearby. They have handled remote service so well including drive swaps, and our concerns evaporated - it's actually been more convenient than sending our tech was.I deal with hosting companies daily on behalf of my clients. I can say with a great deal of confidence that these are good people at a good company. I highly recommend them.”

“I've had Verus internet now since Q1 2017 and the service has been fantastic. My HOA provided standard 100Mbps but I've since upgraded to 250Mbps then 1Gbps and that's the speed I get. It's fast. Really fast.The service is reliable (I monitor my own home via services like Uptime Robot and updown.io) and it rarely goes down. Scheduled maintenance is far and few between, done at night and is usually short.I've only engaged support a few times and responses are prompt. I haven't really had any large issues but they've been more than helpful with some recent lower IPv6 performance (solved in the same day) and once with my static IP not being set correctly.”
