“I recently moved into the area and this Ave is conveniently right down the street. I’ve always been a Lowe’s and Home Depot guy, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was blown away. In this day and age, it’s so hard to find good customer service, let alone going above and beyond, and that’s exactly what you get from Coco and his team. I went there for parts on a DIY project and Coco ended up walking me through the entire project step by step. He has a lot of patience and was very professional and informative. They have a loyal customer for life with me!”

“Ask for Danessia if you need an expert opinion from a knowledgeable professional! This is the second time I visited the store with different needs each time. The first, a month ago, I came it with a paint chip large enough to scan for the color but ended up being too small to properly match the sheen. They tried twice for a match but we were advised it wasn’t quite right. Disappointed in the moment and later grateful for not being sold something that wasn’t right.
Today we arrived and needed paint and guidance on the sheen for another project. Danessia was exactly the person we needed to guide us to the right decision. If management is reading this you should give her a raise and a promotion!

“I was there just after opening and bought keys, a level, thermostat etc and spent around four hundred dollars. The young man who kind of fetched all but the thermostat did not seem very cheerful about helping an old lady with a rod in her leg and three bad disks finish her list of items, but when I was in my twenties I wasn't at my best in the morning either. “I've always had good experiences at this store. We've been doing our own home renovations for the last couple years and it's involved a lot of paint! Staff is always professional and friendly. Today, I made a mistake by giving wrong color numbers for samples; got home and discovered I had the wrong colors. Returned to the store and they made up correct samples for me at no charge. Made my day!”

I was trying to match 2 pantone colors to paint, which is always a challenge. Victoria worked with me to get them as close as possible and was not phased by the challenge. I did not have the name of the paint color but I had the color match information. She was able to color match the paint that I needed within seconds.
