Initially I had no idea you could do things other than use the drive up teller to deposit checks but you’re also welcome to go inside the door to the right find their office & ring the bell. When you enter you are welcome to sit in their lovely waiting area while they help you out. I’d like to leave a special review for an employee there, Evelyn, who has helped me countless times. Even once being so kind as to bring temporary checks to my house as I was out, had a busy day and was in dire need. I hope everyone who reads this chooses to use this Queensboro location because you’re missing out if you don’t!”

“I use to hate to go inside of the branch but last week I decided to go inside and speak with someone and I'm glad I did. I had Ms. Walker and I was very pleased. I know i can be a bit difficult but she was so calm and patient with me. She took care all my needs and also allowed me to know some offers I was missing out on. She was not pushing anything on me which I was very glad of. She made my bank experience extremely comfortable and also kept me from closing my accounts and ending my relationship with them. Only thing I wish they do is open the windows back up. Other than that thank you Ms. Walker for my inside experience at this branch.”

“everyone here is friendly and does their job very well however Megan is the MVP here! She’s so knowledgeable that she was able to understand what I needed done even though I’m terrible at explaining things she told me what the solution was and even had a temporary solution that allowed me access to my funds when I needed them instead of having to wait from the Day I visited the store to the day task needed to be completed was like a week and a half, and she told me that she would have it handled and my funds would be available to me. I did not have my hopes very high because it’s a week and a half I don’t expect anybody to remember that but she followed through on what she said. she’s a woman of her word and that means everything to me!
Due to lack of footwork on my part, we have to go through this process every month and even though it’s extra work that I should’ve had handled she still is so wonderful about helping me!! I genuinely get excited when I need to visit the branch because of Megan!”
