“I love coming to this Queensboro location. Nothing but exceptional & prompt customer service. Initially I had no idea you could do things other than use the drive up teller to deposit checks but you’re also welcome to go inside the door to the right find their office & ring the bell. When you enter you are welcome to sit in their lovely waiting area while they help you out. I’d like to leave a special review for an employee there, Evelyn, who has helped me countless times. Even once being so kind as to bring temporary checks to my house as I was out, had a busy day and was in dire need. I hope everyone who reads this chooses to use this Queensboro location because you’re missing out if you don’t!”

“I use to hate to go inside of the branch but last week I decided to go inside and speak with someone and I'm glad I did. I had Ms. Walker and I was very pleased. I know i can be a bit difficult but she was so calm and patient with me. She took care all my needs and also allowed me to know some offers I was missing out on. She was not pushing anything on me which I was very glad of. She made my bank experience extremely comfortable and also kept me from closing my accounts and ending my relationship with them. Only thing I wish they do is open the windows back up. Other than that thank you Ms. Walker for my inside experience at this branch.”

“On Friday July 14th the Wells Fargo ATM at Doctor's Hospital lobby kept my debit card due to malfunction issues with the ATM. I went to the branch at Wheeler Rd. and Pamela Fraizer, banker, assisted me with getting another debit card, as the bank no longer issues temporary cards. Pamela assured me that my new card should arrive by Monday 17th by Fed Ex. I have received my new card by 10:15 a.m. and want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service received by Pamela.”
