“Recently visited Carter’s children clothing store located within Washington Crossing Shopping Center.I was very pleased with their pricing, sizing & selections available, and their employees.Upon entering Carter’s I was immediately greeted by an employee that asked, if I was familiar with the stores layout.Since this was my first visit to this store, I asked if they carried all items that are listed on their website.The sales associate then asked if there was anything particular that I was shopping for at this time.And, I must add that I was very pleased that she personally escorted me to the “newborn boys section” instead of just pointing towards the area.The sales associate checked back with me to see if I needed any additional help to locate sizes or selections.As I was about to walk towards the register when I noticed the cute dinosaur romper that I saw on their website. Unfortunately, it was hanging above my reach so I looked around for a clothing hook to grab it but, they did not have one available.Upon checkout I did ask if they could retrieve the item for me, which they did immediately.I also want to include, I was glad that the associate at checkout asked if I was a rewards member or if I had any gift cards because both had slipped my mind. (I was rushing to beat Sunday’s terrible down pour.)Although, It was a little annoying that the store did not have clothing hooks available for their customers convenience I still gave the store 5 stars after I considered my overall shopping experience.”

“Large store, plenty of selection. Friendly employees, quick and easy transactions. Tiny dressing rooms. I love the graphic shirts old navy sells. Can’t get enough of them. Always comfortable clothing and pleasant shopping experience. If Old Navy went out of business, I would be screwed. My whole wardrobe is ON.”

“I've seen the other review and was hesitant to go there due to them, but it's the only local store that carries the paint I needed so in I went. Over the course of a week, I ended up there multiple times because my scatterbrained self kept needing more items for my project. Every time I went, every single person that I interacted with there was polite and welcoming. I don't know if they have new staff once those other reviews or if the same staff took those to heart and changed but exhausted interaction felt genuine and not forced. I will absolutely frequent this store now for my paint needs instead of waiting for an online order to arrive.”

The original size I ordered was not in stock and a lovely associate Erin texted me to see if I wanted another color or size and provided pictures of the size comparison. She truly went the extra mile! On top of that, my package arrived the NEXT day! Even Amazon can’t beat that! Will definitely be shopping here again!”

“My youngest son pick this retailer to do his back to school shopping. I was very impressed with the overall appearance of the store. All the tables were neatly folded. The four ways and rounders were straight and organized. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It's very rare for you to find a neat and clean store during a back to school event. To top everything off the associate greeting us with a smile during checking out. Wow I really enjoyed my shopping experience there.”

I called the store to explain my issue and asked if there was any way this order could be shipped to me since I do not live near this store. The employee, without hesitation, told me he would drop it in the mail that day. I received my order as promised!! This employee is the epitome of Customer Service!”
