“Our local HomeGoods is the best. You can find anything on trend you could possibly need for your home. Pet supplies, bedding, invitations, door wreaths, cooking utensils, and so many more things. Right when you walk in the door, you'll see the seasonal decorations to your right and they're always great quality and on trend. The staff here is always kind and helpful. From front door mats to table linens to furniture, HomeGoods is one of my go-tos. Stop in the next time you're in town for a treat for yourself or a gift gift a friend.”
“Yesterday, 8/11/26, me and my daughter went in the Augusta mall location to find an outfit for a dinner. The associates that were there yesterday were amazing with her especially the young lady with the short black hair. They put together several outfits and shoes for her and brought them to her to try on. They treated her amazing and were super helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone who needs help deciding on an outfit for a certain event.”

“I had a great shopping experience at this Target. The store was very clean, well organized, and the shelves were fully stocked with everything I was looking for. As a collector, I was especially happy to see that the trading card section was well stocked, which isn't always easy to find.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even better. If you're shopping in the Augusta area, this is a great Target to visit.”

“Saw this on social media a while ago and went in during a business trip. I was not disappointed with the selection - looks like this place hasn’t bought anything new since the 90s. I talked with the employees behind the counter and they told me the owners own basically the whole block and they serve regulars from downtown. Their stock is close to dried up, though. At least in the men’s department what’s on the floor is what they have. But oh what a floor it is. They have knit and mercerized polos, Sergio Tacchini and Pierre Cardin tennis sets, old Fila gear, and American made shirts and shorts for days. Their outerwear is amazing too. New with tags varsity jackets from the 98 Olympics! Windbreakers from the LA Olympics! Crazy suede and shearling jackets! And of course more slacks, coats, Stacy Adams and Kangol than you can shake a stick at. If it was fly when Boyz II Men were on the radio, they got it. Prices are still retail level (the varsity jackets were $300) and they don’t have a lot of small/medium sized product left, but still well worth a visit if you love some vintage clothing. They also have a seamstress that does alterations!”

“On July 22, 2026 I visited JCPenny on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta, Georgia. I was given amazing customer service by three awesome woman Sumeriana, Mrs. Charlotte and Nykeria!
These ladies helped eliminate stress off me, by helping me locate and purchase items I felt were hard to find for a new job that I was starting the next morning. I came in stressed, less than an hour before the store closed doubting I would find the required clothing items for work, in a style esthetically pleasing to me. Without the help of each of the three women, I would not have had a successful visit that night.”

“Very very nice gentleman helped me get some things out of electronics cage, I don't think they even have to help but he was eager to help and he realed me on in to sign up for a Verizon contract Stylus 5G phone because he was just so easy going and funny the whole time I had to wait to get phone activated, which he did actually very quickly for me and the down payment price was great. The monthly payments are high though.”
“It's always been a second place to go to shopping..It's always been a comfort place I guess that you can say.. the prices might be kind of high on the things that I would normally get, but they always have great bargains to all set the high price things.”
“The workers went out of their way to find a product they didn’t think was in stock. April was unrelentless in making sure without a shadow of doubt that the product was either there or not there. After exhausting every resource and getting help from other team members, she found the product I needed! I appreciate her customer service, patience, perseverance and diligence. Joe also assisted in the process in promptly. Had to leave a review for such also work early in the morning.”
