“Today I witnessed incredible service from two employees: Liam and Jess at Augusta Mall’s Hot Topic. I had an issue with my store pick up order of my Gangle and Zooble plushie as I was hoping they’d be there in time before my trip to Washington DC. Liam and Jess came in to the rescue with their accommodating requests of getting a Zooble and Gangle plushie that’s already in store and cancelling the order as Liam checked on my order which was clarified to not make it in time. I thank both of them SO SO much for their cooperation, kindness, and overall their vibrant energy that they bring in the room every time I come in store. They’re amazing employees and deserve great amounts of praise. If you’re seeing this Liam and Jess, thank you for everything and I don’t regret coming to Hot Topic so many times.”

“I hope to speak to a manager or staff member that has the power to correct this issue. I care about my company's reviews and understand things happen, and I've always been satisfied here before. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful (wasnt so helpfultoday but still super friendly). I pleaded with her as to why I wasn't happy, but she was so nice and polite I didn't want to press the issue with her. And made it clear I'm not upset with her nor blame her. Don't want to come off like a bad customer. Ive only requested someones supervisor in any store or restaurant to give a compliment. Never had an experience bad enough to complain about until now. I bought a pair of boots day before yesterday on the 7th. Wore them out the store and that evening. My old ones were still wearable to ride in today and work yesterday. Then I found the pair I really wanted on sale online and ordered them this morning thinking I'd just return the ones from boot barn. The store said they won't refund because the soles show major wear. Ariat boots bottoms instantly show wear. Most on the shelf are like that and these were. They came off the shelf no box or anything but I didnt mind because I know how boots are and its normal. I paid 200 plus 2 days ago. The ones I want more just got for 350. I want to see the store correct this”

“This was my first time in this store to get some Nike blazer for my daughter. I was greeted by the manager Shawn. They did however have the shoe I wanted but the manager said he would drive to Columbia and bring them to the Augusta store for me since I needed them for a event on Saturday. Columbia stores did not have them either but I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me and show great customer service.
