“Came here for the first time. Wasn't quite sure what to expect. Signed a waiver and watched a safety video to get started. Overall the range is fine it's just a little crowded and somewhat narrow between lanes. Lots of flying brass. Not much space to walk to the lanes. At least when I went, most of the lanes had 2 or 3 people at each. Otherwise, it's a good place to practice at an indoor range. Prices are fair $20 per person and $2 each for targets and safety equipment.”

“I just wanted to give the young man who was working a few Tuesdays ago props! I got a 49er beanie, but he had great customer service skills engaging with the customer about SPORTS! I MISS great customer service skills as I feel they are not where they once were, but this young man was exceptional and would make a great manager or leader! I should of got his name, but he was a young black male who had some interesting hair! :)”
“This is the second Bass pro shop I have been to. The first one was in Leeds and I immediately noticed a difference. The one in Leeds I think is like a real Bass pro shop that was built as a Bass pro shop. The one in Augusta was converted from a Cabala's. It's weird that I don't know much about the brand but I can tell a big difference. But I'll be honest with you The prices are not that bad. My son and I were in Augusta visiting family for Christmas and we had a good time there so I would definitely recommend it if not just for a place to hang and leasurely shopping.”

I wasn’t initially greeted. The female employees were just watching me with disdain.
I was googling the shoe I liked to just order it until one female employee asked, “What size can I get you.” Just to bring out the right shoe out for me to try on before disappearing.
I was contemplating leaving until Quenten came to help me. He greeted me and was charming. He ensured that my overall experience was pleasant.

“I had a great experience at this store and I’m excited theres a Sketchers in Augusta. I don’t write reviews normally .. but the customer services I received was a rare find in these days and this needed to be put out The store was clean and easy to look around. I stopped by Sunday evening and this lady who helped me was really good at what she do cause she listen to what I need and helped me fin two pairs of shoes that is good for me. She really seem to know what would work good. The man at checkout was also friendly and made the checkout easy. I really had a lot better time here than at another shoe store I went to earlier that day. I’m glad I decided to stop by. Keep up Sketchers”

“I have over 50 fitted hats from lids so this review is bias. Not a huge selection but if your looking for Georgia/Atlanta teams they should have it. Being from Maine and huge Patriots/Red Sox/Celtics/Bruins fan I usually end up ordering from them in store or going home and doing it”
