“Very knowledgeable staff and great facility. I took a 1-on-1 training class with Mr. Frank and he was PHENOMINAL!!!!!!! I came not knowing anything about guns or how to shoot. By the time we finished our 3 hour session, I hit most of my targets and feel a lot more comfortable with shooting and loading a gun. They also have daily specials as well (for example: Ladies shoot for $10 on Tuesday).”

I MISS great customer service skills as I feel they are not where they once were, but this young man was exceptional and would make a great manager or leader! I should of got his name, but he was a young black male who had some interesting hair! :)”

“I was in need of a new mower. I had visited a few different places and was checking prices. I went to outdoor equipment. The people there were nice and knowledgeable. The owner took the time to explain the differences in the models he carried. He had a new model from last year that he knocked $500 off the price. I ended up purchasing the mower. Within the hour he delivered the mower to me. He instructed the guy delivering it to go over the proper use, and to stay and answer any questions I might have. Highly recommend”

I had the pleasure of meeting Stoney at Lids Locker Room in Augusta Mall. This young man was very attentive and went above and beyond to give the customer(me) exceptional help in making my purchase.After my selections, he immediately addressed the next customer with his overly polite demeanor. He had the older lady smiling and laughing, and she probably purchased more than she intended because of his salesmanship.I would highly recommend this young man to management so that he can teach all of the other employees how it is done. I have been one of Lids biggest fans and customers for 15 to 20 years, and have never been more impressed than I was with Stoney. If my business was not in Florida, I would steal this young man and make him an account executive for my business.”
