“Was waiting on a package to arrive on Christmas Eve and when it did, it was short a UGA shirt for my nephew. I ran over to The Fan Zone to see what I could snag last minute. Not only were they open an hour later than they planned on being (on Christmas Eve!), but they didn’t seem put off at all by me being so last minute. They pointed me to the youth section and I found a shirt that was perfect for my little nephew. Honestly, their shirt is a better quality and design than the shirt that’s delayed until the 2nd of January! I’ll be sending that one back when it arrives. So thankful for this store, the service, and the kindness!! Will definitely be shopping here more often! Only complaint is that it’s not exclusively UGA apparel and memorabilia hahaha!! Go dawgs!!”

“Awesome customer service. I like the fact that i was able to browse until I was ready to purchase without feeling smothered by a member of the sales team. When I was interested in something I got the their attention and they came right over and went got the size I needed. When they didn't have the size I needed they found them online and had them shipped to my house, which worked out great because I was shopping from out of state and didn't really have room in my luggage for 2 large shoe boxes. All in all, great customer service”
