Top off my move your manager who greeted me and got me moved in did such a wonderful job informing me of space sizes and recommended my needs with the items I shared with her. “AKA 1-800-Pack-Rat. Their delivery process (mechanism) and containers are superior to PODS. They were also able to accommodate a tight delivery and pickup window where PODS was not. My container delivery driver, Nesru, was friendly and efficient. He placed the container exactly where I asked him to and inspected and swept out the inside of the container before departing. Due to some communication issues 1-800-Pack-Rat worked with me and corrected the situation. That’s excellent customer service!”
