She greeted me with a smile, gave me a tour of the available units, and recommended an 10’ x 15’ unit that was exactly what I needed.
I was so excited to learn they were offering one month free! Alonna took the time to explain the contract, payment arrangements, and even recommended getting the storage insurance. It’s a small fee that’s well worth the peace of mind.
She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. The entire process was smooth—I was in and out in about 30 minutes, if that.
The facility itself is very clean, climate-controlled, well-lit, and feels extremely secure with plenty of cameras and easy access for entry and exit. I truly feel confident that my belongings will be safe there.
