“Dollar General Statham is an Essential part of Statham. This store has helped many people who otherwise can't get into Athens or Winder for Shopping. Elderly, those without transportation. It carries most everything a large store has just a smaller more convenient shopping experience. I am glad they are a part of Statham business.”

“Excellent service, always a smile at checkout and a welcoming environment. Overpriced as all Publixes are, but the BOGO deals are unbeatable if they happen to have what you want on sale. Definitely a good place if youre more worried about quality or experience than price, or if you are willing to go to multiple stores for what is cheapest at each place. I have heard excellent things about the pharmacy as well! I would rate 2 stars for price, 3 stars for price taking bogos into account- but for the deli subs, the friendly service, and the fact it doesn't have that anxiety inducing grocery store vibe, I would be remiss to deduct a single star. Just know it's an expensive good time (which is probably not what most want in a grocery shopping experience).”
“I stock up on baked goods when I go to Aldi. They are good quality and inexpensive, compared to other grocery stores that I've been to. I always find good deals on fresh produce and dairy products here. Also, the Choceur chocolate bars are phenomenal and cost less than brands found at other places. Overall, definitely worth the trip, if you're shopping for the things mentioned. Remember to bring your own reusable bags.”

“This was my first experience visiting and I was highly satisfied. They had everything I needed on my list, they were very well stocked and I even got some deals on a few items which then lead me to get a few more items i thought were interesting and wanted to try. I love this store! It's not too big and I despise going into a store that's too big. The Fresh Martket is the absolute perfect size for me. I will be doing all of my grocery shopping from this particular location from now on! I ended up forgetting my blue notebook there in one of the carts when I left but I was so satisfied with my experience that it didn't even matter lol I'm absolutely getting a membership❤❤❤”

This Chevron is hands down the number one stop in Athens, Georgia. The station is always clean, well-organized, and clearly run by people who care about how the place looks and operates. Everything from the pumps to the inside of the store is neat and easy to navigate, which makes stops quick and stress-free.
Prices are fair and reasonable, especially for the area, and the overall experience is consistently smooth and reliable. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is the kind of gas station you want to stop at. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!”

“This store is the best DG in my area.
I was in today getting last minute supplies for one of my daughter's birthdays, and running so far behind trying to get the house looking great for her to wake up to. The staff gladly filled balloons for me, something I was dreading at 9:30 at night. Those 5 minutes helped me so much. Thank you Mady (she is always so nice and positive) and the rest of the night crew for always taking care of your customers......”

The store was clean, organized, and fully stocked—no scavenger hunt required.
We stopped by on Thanksgiving Day, and the associates were so cheerful you’d think they were hosting the Macy’s parade. Their positive attitude made our visit feel like a holiday bonus.
Dollar General? Far superior to the other dollar stores.

“Love this store. It's classy, great coffee. They have junk food, health food, bakery stuff. The staff are so friendly, I stop there frequently for the coffee. They sell beer and wine, and gift-shop type stuff. Cool concept, a Golden Pantry with no gas pumps.”

“How can you have a store that is staffed with only ONE PERSON on a Saturday afternoon? That one person is doing it all. It's not even safe. The line to check out was 11 person deep. That employee was working hard. The store needs to have 2 people.”
