“I visited their store to make adjustments to my service plan and to upgrade my old phone. After quite a bit of discussion with Verizon support, we accomplished both. The team was excellent. They navigated through red-tape, multiple support team members (over the phone), and a couple of network drops with great poise. They never allowed any frustration to show and provided great customer service.”
“Shout out to Alex! Had an issue with my phones internet connection for over 2 months. Went to other stores and Noone could help that included calling customer support and no help. Came in to this store and literally within 5 min of walking in waiting for Alex to help a customer in front of us and me explaining what my issue was she asked for my phone and code, got the situation fixed and explained what to do if it happens again. 2 months of being frustrated getting the run around with a new phone and Alex was not kind but knowledgeable. “We were so incredibly impressed with Armando at Verizon Oakwood. The day before we had gone to a corporate store and asked for help to upgrade my phone and transfer it to our daughter. We left disappointed because the sales person was more interested in selling us a new line or new plan than helping with what I asked. Armando not only understood and helped us do exactly what we needed but he also suggested a savings on our monthly plan *and* he went above and beyond to travel to another store that had the color I wanted on his *own* time and set it and the transferred phone up for us! We won’t bother with a corporate store again, thank you!!!!!!!”
“Went in 8/20/26 about 30 minutes before closing to try and get help fixing my son's phone. The 2 staff members working were absolutely wonderful and assisted in diagnosing the problem and were able to get an E Sim card on my son's phone and fix the issue. A+ service these guys were great!”
