“I get notices of payment requested from years ago. Product was returned but not registered by T-Mobile. Their so called home internet equipment box sucked, always losing the signal at home. Phone service was worst. I can be on on a business call when I hit a dead spot the call dropped. So I dropped T-Mobile.
Never again, Veterans do not waste you time asking for our 10percent.”
“Chris was extremely helpful! I had gone to the Lenox mall location and was told they couldn't help me. Sensing this wasn't true I went to THIS location where Chris was able to order me a new screen protector and fixed my zoom issue in less than five minutes. Highly recommend coming here. I did have to wait to be seen because there were others ahead of me, but it was well worth the wait.”

I had been struggling to transfer my line to my new phone since the end of May, and after multiple unsuccessful attempts with other branches and their customer service, Wyetta was the ONY one who could resolve the issue. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to ensure that my problem was finally solved. Or that I could at least have a working phone before leaving the store.

“I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store! First of all, Malik assisted me with getting a new phone, and it literally took less than 20 minutes. It is important to note the less than 20 minutes part because I had no service on my current phone at the time. So as a result, I had to go back-and-forth with my mom who is on the account and Malik made it such a smooth and reassuring process. He also helped me to get a really good deal on protection and a charger for my phone !!! I just really appreciated the people who work at this Verizon store they are all so kind, quick, and down for a laugh !”

“I worked with Royale to get my phone service switched from AT&T to xfinity bc I had just switched over my internet for my new apartment and was told if I bundle phone and internet my phone bill would be way less per month. Royale is an excellent customer service representative and she deserves recognition and a raise bc she fought with AT&T for me on the phone for what felt like about 3-4 hours today as they wouldn't give me what I needed in order to cancel service with them and start a new service with xfinity. We finally got it squared away and she even called me after her shift ended to make sure I was good bc she knew I was stressing earlier. She really went above and beyond to help me today, while helping other customers in between as well. Thank you so much for giving this level of care every day for your customers, it really means a lot ?”
