“DD's is owned by Ross or vice versa. Anyway, there are great finds. This is the only place that I buy my dog clothes, panties and pj's from. They have the same fruit of the loom packs for $5. Night grows are super comfy and cheap. I got a black DKNY dog shirt for $6. Can't beat it. I love the homes department too. Oohh and they have cleaning supplies. I also get skirts (maxi, pleated) for about $8. Can't beat it. Clothes are hit and miss because I dress business casual mostly all of the time but you can really find good buys here. Don't think of it as a cheap store. It's a spin off of Ross with less name brands. Try it. You'll find something!!”
“We went to open PO Box today, and impressed the kind service we never got from the post offices in the past.
He (I forgot his name) was extremely kind and polite to the customer!

“This USPS location is always fast and has kind and helpful staff. Their phone number, however, is fully automated and rather useless. Easier to just go in and ask questions in person!”

“My most recent experience at the Pine Lake Post Office was a very pleasant one, due to the fact that I had a very nice and friendly PO employee named Daphne. I had two items to be shipped and it was a little complicated, but Daphne was real easy-going about it and very sweet.”

“This is the USPS Passport Mega Center, I did not visit the "mail" side. When I arrived, I checked in at the desk. I had an appointment but in talking to the guy, we realized it was the following day. He told me no worries, and gave me a ticket with a number on it. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and my number was called. The woman who processed my passport app and took my photo was fantastic. They were all so incredibly nice, atypical for postal employees in Atlanta. I will absolutely go here for any passport needs in the future. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.”
“I arrived around 9:40 AM. The location wasn’t busy, and there was one station active to assist customers. I didn’t have to wait, and the staff member who helped me was friendly and efficient.
However, she didn’t mention that free packaging materials were available. When I asked for an envelope, I was given a paid version without being informed about the free option. While it wasn’t expensive, it would be helpful for staff to notify customers about available free materials.
Additionally, I was charged more for a money order than I expected based on the website, which was a bit confusing.
Overall, it was a positive experience with no unnecessary wait time, and the staff was helpful, though not quite as attentive as I’ve experienced at similar locations.”
“EDIT: but they ARE closed on Saturdays, despite it saying they're open (I assume they're open for deliveries, but definitely NOT pickups).
And they close at 4:30pm usually, not 5pm.
In my experience, they've been good. Helpful, pretty quick. But I haven't had any real issues that needed handling, I just come in to pick up my packages when I get an email”
“Hard to see because you enter at back dock next to coroners office and lot reads Service road on gate not a street sign then drive around to building. The gate hides it. It is a one way facing i-20 and turn in left. The people inside seems knowledgeable about the issues I was having and how to resolve them concerning mailbox key. Totally off but the first POBox number is 3101 which is address box for TDJakes all the way in Texas not Georgia and was my phone number last four plus the tow truck dolly rented from Alabama turned in at Petets street in Georgia had letters TD. I didn't know if I should feel blessed or unsafe.”
“Truly the best post office experience. Philip was a huge help. And while in line he went above and beyond for another customer in front of me … impressive to see that level of customer service.”
“Lady Mo is amazing! My toddler and I had such a good experience here getting our passports (last name change and a passport for our little one). She was knowledgeable, made corrections where I made mistakes in my paperwork, gave us useful travel advice, We got our passports a few weeks later without an issue -- all thanks to her!”
“The lines are slow because there’s only one employee working at the counter. However he is great with taking my prepaid mail and packages. USPS, hire more people”
“My favorite USPS branch, and I usually drive the few extra miles, because of the larger parking lot, easy in and out, rarely busy, nice and friendly postal agents, etc- An added plus is the Cobb County police precinct right across the street.”
“In my experience USPS hasn’t always been the most pleasant of tasks but this guy takes really good care of this location, and always has such a kind disposition. His happiness is contagious. When I walk in I can immediately smell he has been cleaning. He moves you in and out with ease. Everything is neat and meticulous. I bet you my bottom dollar he is a perfectionist and takes pride in everything he does. I’m sure he keeps busy all day long. I feel ashamed I don’t know his name by now. I’m shocked to see so few stars for this location. However, I can assure it’s because of the other employee who takes his place when he isn’t here!”
“I had an excellent experience at the United States Postal Service yesterday! From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and the service was top-notch. Crissy was especially outstanding—she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of her way to be helpful. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood my options, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Her positive attitude really made a difference and turned a routine visit into a great one. Truly a 5-star experience!”
“J Rod and Cha went out of their way to stay open today when the gate wasn’t working. They had one person outside helping us and one inside running everything back and forth. Awesome stuff”
“Kind staff, not exactly the speediest workflow but they do their jobs with grace and dignity and show everyone respect. You will not be treated poorly for not knowing your shipping options or for not having everything ready to go as you reach the counter.”
“Going to the postal office is one of the most painful errands to run, but Mr. Sykes makes it so much easier! The place was packed and he was friendly and patient with every customer he spoke to. I wish all USPS employees could be more like Mr. Sykes!”
“I have been using this location for many years and yes sometimes there are back logs to the counter but usually during lunch hours . The two people who presently working there are very professional and goes the extra mile to assist you . I see customers showing up and are not prepared correctly to mail something but they are treated well and given the opportunity to correct whatever and get their stuff mailed . This takes a lot of patience on the associates there. I give the PO a 100% rating . Their front should swing in vice out due to some customers carrying a load to mail.”
“This is my local USPS and although it’s very tiny, it’s my usual go-to. I’ve experienced good service anytime I’ve gone in. However, one of the Mail Drop boxes from out front was removed. It was the one with the slightly larger opening that could accept small/medium sized packages. I really miss this being out front. I also wish the lobby was still left open so I could drop off larger packages even after the Post Office is closed. Luckily the Decatur location can take these during off hours.”

“Was there to send a package by priority mail -- only $13 for two-day delivery with tracking, as opposed to $40 that other places charge. They are a little gruff and don't roll a red carpet for you, but the price of their service will put a smile on your face. No wait on Friday late morning.”
