When you go the Brunswick Verizon store, make sure you ask for Brandon. He goes above and beyond in customer service, and really looks out for you. Walked in with a 13pro max and walked out with an upgrade and a nice watch!

Nice atmosphere. The customer service is kind of lacking. Once the associates find out you don't need a new phone but have a question or an issue, they seem disinterested in helping you. Literally was there for 1.5 hrs to only fix the problem myself on the phone with customer service while in store.
