“This was probably one of the best shoe store experiences I have had in a long time. Not only is the shoe quality exceptional, but the service was outstanding. I called ahead of time, and Paul was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions with direct transparency. When I arrived, he professionally addressed my needs and assisted me in finding the perfect comfortable running shoes. I am very satisfied with my HOKA Clifton 10s (balance), and the price-to-value was absolutely worth it. No regrets, definitely be coming back and a huge thank you to Paul! ?????”

Is amazing! Michelle, (hopefully I’m spelling that right) was soooooo helpful to me and my kids! My kids were literally running around and trying to pick out/try on any size…, and Michelle got them to settle down so she could measure their feet, and helped them find the appropriate sizes, considering each brand fits slightly different. She was so patient with my cranky crew, and so personable, I so appreciate her!!! There was another young man that was working with her whom was very kind, patient, and helpful as well, but I can’t remember his name?. THANK YOU Michelle and Mystery Worker Guy (smile!) yall rock! I’ll definitely be back!”

“My daughter had a job interview this week so we went shopping for a suit and dress shoes. We went to Belk's, Macy's and JC Penney first and not one employee stopped to ask us what we needed. In fact no one even said hello or acknowledged our presence. On our way to Dillard's I noticed the colorful clothes in WHBM. We stopped and Miss Que and Miss Hope greeted us, helped us find some great choices, and gave us the best customer service I have had in a long time. I am old enough to remember when department stores were known for their service. It is wonderful to know that WHBM has found some gems who understand how to treat a customer. The suit fit perfectly and we will definitely be back!!!”
“This is my go-to place for beautiful dresses for weddings at a great price.
I got a beaded top, formal dress for a wedding. Just needed a minor alteration for a stuck zipper. Dress and alterations were less than $120.”

“This have many styles of shoes to choose from.The don't have a lot of shoes in my size most times I go.The store is very clean and so are the restrooms. Customer service is pretty helpful.The discount coupons do not work on name brand items.”

“I took my daughter school shopping today and we were helped by two associates one at the fitting rooms and one at check out. Both associates were kind and engaged with us in conversation. I wish I had asked their names, the young woman was adorable and had overalls and glasses on and the young man at the counter also had glasses and I want to say a burgundy shirt? Anyway I say all that to say we had a wonderful experience and these two associates were very nice and helpful.”
