Warranty service was not responsive to two emails (over a month) but I had replacement shoes within a week of reaching out to them via Messenger.
FYI These shoes will shrink if left out in the heat of SC summer sun!”

She gave me some wonderful recommendations for some matching tops with a skirt that I picked out. We had a great time and we both were very pleased with the clothes!! They’re super friendly and got lots of boots. do not make the mistake of going to Cavender‘s boots at the mall of Georgia worst place I’ve ever been to bought a pair of $300 boots. I waited almost 2 days with these clowns. They said they could stretch them. They knew good and well they couldn’t stretch them and then the worst things they didn’t want to return them, why would I buy a pair of boots they didn’t fit?”

The selection is pretty big and they also have a clearance room where some pretty deep discounts can be found in some name brand product. “We were trying to buy boots for grandsons for Christmas. Through a series of crazy mistakes with sizing, a missing boot, and a lost receipt, I thought we would be out the cost of a pair of boots. However, the amazing people at Big Daddy’s worked it all out by searching their hard copies of receipts until they found mine. A full refund was given. There are not too many places left that take care of their customers like that. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.”
