“I raised three children on JC Penny's clothes/Christmas, the oldest is now 44, the middle is 36, the baby is 31. Every year starting around October, they would began their circling, checking and making lists of what they wanted Santa to bring. I didn't get to treat my grandson to JC Penny but for a very short time before gangs in Macon, Georgia had killed our Macon Mall and it wasn't a safe place to be. My mom was a shopping JC Penny Queen who encouraged the grands to get the catalog and circle or check off what they wanted for Christmas. It was a treat for my mom and for me to place orders for household items and go to the store's counter for pickup. I miss Penny's, it was the store for quality and reasonable prices. I don't shop there enough now to know what's going on with quality and price.”
“Clean. And not too crowded. There seemed to be a better clientele in this store than the majority of the rest of the mall. You can smell that old familiar shell department stores always had in the past while walking through here. There seemed to be a lot of sale price signs.”

“This location is always on point! Everything is so very clean and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Keith was such a nice guy who clearly knows how to handle the general public. Extra flowers for Keith! Also, Valerie was so helpful and sweet when i asked her for help on deciding about something. Definitely went out of her way for me.

“This Burlington location is phenomenal! They always have a wide selection of items for the entire family! The sales associates are friendly and try their best to keep the checkout lines moving! Shout out to Yulie (she is amazing)! I would highly recommend giving this business a try - You won’t be disappointed! ?”

“A good place to shop the prices are great. The problem had nothing to do with the store at all. Which is the parking lot. The parking lot is terrible, pot holes that has been filled over and over, crackes every where and even walking into the store you have to be careful not to step in a crack or hole. The only reason we shop there is because we know what's inside, but if you pay attention to what's around you would definitely not shop here.”
“The shelves are usually full, where the full size stores are often empty. Much smaller bakery area, but plenty of good breads to choose from. Sometimes just better to shop the smaller market & get done quicker without distractions. I usually go to the Lake Joy/Russell location.”
“Their prices are subject to change overnight. Oh, and also, if an item is misplaced or they forget to add a price sticker above an item, they won't accept the blame for it and give you the price you picked the item up at. I wouldn't go there if I didn't have to.”
“Umm...super stoked now that I got Faygo soda in Rock&Rye, and Grape flavors!! We are from Michigan so Faygo was a big deal growing up, especially when we went camping, go on picnics or trips to the park with mom and dad! We kids couldn’t get enough, and all our friends wanted to play at our house for the beloved soda. Best childhood ever!!!”

“I was greeted quickly by a salesperson!
However, as a Roadie driver the process needs to be consistent. Every time I pickup a delivery it seems like the process is different, and different at other stores. Sign the paper, don't sign the paper, need you name don't need your name, go to the storage shed to get the items or wait in the store.
There needs to be a written policy for the employees to follow at the store and surrounding stores.
Other than that I enjoy going to Tractor Supply for purchases.”
