I went into the Cricket store to find some way to charge my phone because I was stranded. Two of the most kind young ladies helped me. Alejandra and Ashley were my angels of the day. Rina stayed on the telephone for over an hour talking to various telephone customer representatives at T Mobile trying to get me a refund. When a telephone customer representative at T Mobile did not understand what Rina was saying, even though Rina repeated herself several times, I witnessed Rina being calm and respectful to that T Mobile telephone customer representative. In fact, Rina was that way during the whole time with other T Mobile telephone customer service representatives. In addition to that, she was so supportive of me, helping me with this horrible situation I have experienced for 3 months with T Mobile telephone customer representatives.I personally returned to the store to let Rina know that all that she had done to ensure I received the correct amount for my refund, T Mobile still sent me the wrong refund amount. I also thanked Rina and I am sending this review to thank you Rina for your support and excellent customer service in this horrible situation.
