“Okay UPS is never fun but this location is. I usually go right after hitting up the Trader Joe’s in the same shopping center. I always get helped out by Muhammad. I know he sees a lot of people in a day, but he always remembers me and my box number and helps me out. Love this place (as much as anyone can love a mailing center lol)”

“I've been using this post office offsite for a number of years. The proprietor is always friendly and courteous. I believe the mail carrier picks up twice a day 9:30am & 3pm.To sum it all up this is your one stop for dropping off and picking up your packages, it beats those long lines in the post office even before the Covid19 epidemic. “I went into the store without completely preparing the package to be shipped. The executive first helped me get an estimated cost to ship it to my destination. I then was guided to select the appropriate envelope for my package and also helped by the executive to seal it for me. Overall it was a seamless experience with the shipping process and I would recommend everyone to use their services.”

“Had to ship out several awkwardly shaped, delicate family heirlooms after family passed, was dreading having to get it all handled. Mohammad was able to give me a quick understanding of how expensive this job would be and gave me a call a few hours once it was done so I didn't have to waste time sitting at the store. Packing was A+, everything was done very tightly packed and properly buffered. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I have no fears my items will make it without damage. Mohammed even stayed over an hour late to make sure everything looked good to us and helped us get the best price possible, unbelievable customer service in this day and age. “I without question recommend intelligent office space Sandy Springs. The staff is great the owner is great and accommodating and the front office staff member Dominique exemplifies what customer service means. I have had questions, I have had concerns , and she has addressed them immediately each and every time with a smile and "No problem" even when I have been hesitant too ask.The office spaces are clean and spacious and the building has a lot of great amenities. It's even been recently remodeled. I have 100% free office space via another association of mine and I still keep this,so that should let you know this space is worth it. They are friendly accommodating and for me have gone above and beyond. I am thankful for making the decision to do business here. The security/concierge desk is also right at their door an added plus because I've had to often come at odd hours for other things.10 out of 10! Don't hesitate to take a tour and sign up.”

“I'm going to add on that this is an EXCEPTIONAL location! I had a horrible mess up printing some very important brochures with Staples, and it looked like I was just out of luck. I came into this location on a whim and not only did they stop and drop what was going on to help me, they did it in 15 minutes! Every person on the floor was weighing in and helping, and the manager was stand out superb. “I always go to this place for any shipping services. The main reason is customer service. Today, I had to return a big box. The gentleman at the counter saw me carrying the box and came to the front to open the door for me. It was just a simple act of kindness, but I totally appreciate it.”
