“The staff at this location is amazing !!! I initially inquired about a pair of sneakers. The first representative that helped me found my shoes and was very knowledgeable about the product. We ran into a slight hiccup and both the associate and Kay came to save the day. Not only is Kay pleasant and patience, she is a great problem solver. I just left the store and the service over the phone matched in the store. Keep them both on your team they are great employees!”

Great experience I would 10/10 go here than any other shoe store. I think some of y’all employees do be playing around and not doing they job but I ain’t never had a problem with them. “I shop at this location often and always have a pleasant experience. I was there today 07/14/2025 and felt horrible for the staff today due to a customer being very rude and ugly (being a Karen as todays society would say) she was being loud and very very rude to the employees and manager, cursed at the manager and called him an asshole. She definitely felt entitled. She was upset bc she couldn’t return the sneakers that she purchased for her daughter, that were used (trust when I say you can tell it’s been used). On top of her being past her 60 day return policy. Insisted on speaking with the owner. The manager stayed professional the whole time, so did other employees. He let her know that he could give her customer services number and that wasn’t good enough for her, instead she snatched the box out of his hand, causing the box to open and the sneakers to fall out. I instantly checked her and put her in her place bc no employee ever deserves to be treated the way she treated them today! She should be ashamed of herself and when she calls to complain or leaves a bad review, please just know that the manger and team stayed professional the whole time! Kuddos to the employees and manager at this location for keeping their composure and providing great customer service even when that lady didn’t deserve it!”
