“Excellent customer service. She really went above and beyond to help me. 4 stars because they just didn't have a big enough selection for girls. Would like to see some mules and clogs. Birkenstocks that aren't plastic. Real leather shoes. Also found a pair of totally used shoes for sale on the clearance rack. No good. But overall, a positive experience with excellent service.”

“I had a great experience shopping at this store. They had a really large selection to choose from and the store was clean and presented very well. The staff here are hands down the best. The light skin manager was extremely helpful and very sweet. Customer service is not something you find often and this store has it all figured out. Only thing I didn't like was the lack of staff on duty. There was only 3 people working and didn't really get the one on one I was looking for due to other customers running the poor workers. Everyone remained professional even under stress and lack of help. I will be going back when it's time for a new pair of runners.”
