“I love this store !!! BUT there’s this new manager guy . I do NOT like him or his attitude. He’s rude ! Not helpful when he’s focused on his phone and it’s disturbing how he speaks to customers as if we are stupid . Definitely ruined my almost always perfect experience. But GABBIE , WE LOVE HER !!! And where’s CHINA ANS SYLUS !!!! Those three POWER TEAM !!!”

“Every time I shop at DTLR, I leave impressed. The customer service is top-notch, and the staff always treats you with respect and makes you feel valued. They know their products, are happy to help, and never rush you while you’re shopping.

The store has a great selection of the latest sneakers and clothing, and everything is kept clean and organized. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere that truly cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely continue shopping here and highly recommend this DTLR location to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.”

“My in store purchase went well. Snipes has a large selection of shoes to choose from. There was also a variety of clothes throughout the store. The associates were semi-attentive. They really didn't approach you. You had to approach them if you needed something. However, they were very helpful once contact was initiated.I'm new to Snipes so I didn't like the fact that the email and text 10% discount was only for online purchases. The manager allowed me to use it in store. I understand Snipes has sales on certain items but there should also be in store coupons/discounts on regular priced items. Clothes and shoes are expensive. A good discount could go a long way. I receive texts and emails that say online use so if I missed the in store coupons, please point me in the right direction.?”

“Most shoe stores have benches in the rows of shoes so that you can sit while trying on pairs of shoes, or for a senior person like me who wants to sit while my granddaughter is trying on shoes. Shoe Land only has benches at the front of the store, so if you pick a pair of shoes and you're at the back of the store you have to take them up to the front of the store, then remember where you got the shoes to take them back if they don't fit. I was told by the cashier they did this because people were stealing.”
