“Ashley was incredibly helpful in finding the best-fitting shoes for me. The store has a machine that analyzes my feet and the way I walk. Ashley recommended three options and had me try them one by one, helping me narrow them down until we found the best fit. When I got home, I even noticed that he had carefully re-laced both shoes for me. I really appreciated his attention to detail!”

“Awesome experience as a first timer at the BPRC in Decatur——— My husband, who had shopped with them before, suggested that I go in to be fitted for a new pair of walking shoes, and I am so happy he did. I forget the young man’s name who assisted me, but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and kept changing my mind on which shoe to get. The other sales clerks were nice and helpful as well. After all was said and done, they helped me make an excellent choice, and I was more than pleased with my purchase. I didn’t get one of their cool shopping bags, but I am in love with my new Brooks sneakers! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks BPRC! 🙂”

“As I along with my wife entered this store, we were welcomed with a smile by a sales person. The moment I explained my requirement, my specific issues, the sales person knew that they do not have in their range the kind of shoes meeting my needs, i.e., slip-on shoes. Still, he responded to all my queries with patience and offered me to try other alternatives I requested for. The sales person's behavior was truly heartwarming and reflected the culture of the store. For me, this is a prime consideration while reviewing a store. Would like to visit again, hoping for New Balance to expand their range to include slip-on shoes in future.”

“If you're into sneakers, streetwear, or gaming, you need to check out Sole Play in Decatur. This isn't your typical sneaker boutique. They've created a unique space that blends fashion, gaming, and community into one experience. The store has an incredible selection of sneakers and apparel, and the atmosphere is welcoming whether you're a longtime sneakerhead or just browsing. Their concept of combining streetwear with a gaming lounge is unlike anything else I've seen. Plus right now with the FIFA World Cup being hosted here in Atlanta, it has a very appropriate soccer them present!”

“Love this place for cute accessories, fun gifts, and amazing clothing options. It’s in downtown Decatur, which has some challenging parking, and it’s also worth visiting. Make it a trip because there’s many fun shops, restaurants, and cafe’s in the area. Also, Marta is right around the corner so it’s easily accessible with public transportation.”

“I had the great pleasure of shopping at the store while looking for a suit to wear to my son's wedding. I was helped by a true O.G. named Day. This guy sized me up on sight. He was on point with my neck size, waist size and arm length, by just looking at me. I was impressed because he didn't point me in the direction of expensive accessories, but he catered to my interests, respecting my wallet. Amit met me at the register and was able to save me even more money with his suggestions. Gentlemen if you want to go to a place where you are truly treated like a king, I recommend this place. Ladies if you want to shop for your man, your brother, your dad, or any man in your life I guarantee whatever your fashion needs are, this place will have it..the location is great, the selection is great, the service is great, and the prices are even greater.”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this shoe store. I think the store manager's name is Kalil. The level of customer service was truly outstanding. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, taking the time to listen, offer thoughtful recommendations, and ensure I was completely satisfied. The store was well-organized, welcoming, and the staff clearly reflects the manager’s leadership and high standards. I left with shoes I love and an experience that will definitely bring me back again and again. Highly recommend!”

“I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Champs store in South DeKalb Mall! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. Kam was extremely friendly and down to earth. He laughed with us and helped me convince my mom to pick out a specific shoe. He checked on us throughout our visit to make sure we were okay, which made the experience feel really genuine. My mom, who is older, likes to try on both shoes and walk in them before deciding, and even though the store typically allows only one shoe at a time, Quan kindly made an exception for her. That small act of understanding really made her comfortable. Quan also checked us out at the register and went above and beyond. He let me add a last-minute purchase while he was ringing us up and even went to the back to grab it himself. On top of that, he took the time to check my FLX Rewards (something no one has ever done for me before), and I was able to use my rewards toward our purchase. Because of Kam and Quan’s excellent service, my mom, my daughter, and I had such a pleasant shopping trip. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Decatur—where it’s greater! ?”

“The owners are very nice. I went there yesterday and the new association tried to rush me and accused me of stealing. I've been supporting this business long before she started working here and I drive 45 minutes to come shop not to steal or be rushed when I was the only person left in the store. She was rude and had bad customer service. I hope they find another sales associate. This is the first time I've experienced this.”

“I have passed by this store millions of times but never stopped. We stopped because my son had a gift card sooooo we stopped in. I honestly had low to no expectations. I was very impressed at the customer service. It was at its best. Very helpful with suggestions. Pleasantly surprised of the entire experience.”

“I purchased a pair of University Red and White dunks for a friend who will gift them to her sister for her birthday. Hoping they will be a perfect fit as they are a half size bigger. But it seems that they don’t produce a lot of half sizes for smaller sized men shoes. That slight difference between Grade School and Men’s sizing is very narrow. Not to mention the change in price range of the two. Overall, I think it’s a nice shoe and almost bought a pair for myself. I may have to revisit them at a later date. But a big shout out to the ladies that assisted me with my purchase. Mykesia and I didn’t get the other young lady’s name. Both were very friendly and helped me during my visit. I’ll be sure to visit that store location again in the future.”
