I forget the young man’s name who assisted me, but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and kept changing my mind on which shoe to get. The other sales clerks were nice and helpful as well. After all was said and done, they helped me make an excellent choice, and I was more than pleased with my purchase. I didn’t get one of their cool shopping bags, but I am in love with my new Brooks sneakers! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks BPRC! 🙂”

“I had the great pleasure of shopping at the store while looking for a suit to wear to my son's wedding. I was helped by a true O.G. named Day. This guy sized me up on sight. He was on point with my neck size, waist size and arm length, by just looking at me. I was impressed because he didn't point me in the direction of expensive accessories, but he catered to my interests, respecting my wallet. Amit met me at the register and was able to save me even more money with his suggestions. Gentlemen if you want to go to a place where you are truly treated like a king, I recommend this place. Ladies if you want to shop for your man, your brother, your dad, or any man in your life I guarantee whatever your fashion needs are, this place will have it..the location is great, the selection is great, the service is great, and the prices are even greater.”

Kam was extremely friendly and down to earth. He laughed with us and helped me convince my mom to pick out a specific shoe. He checked on us throughout our visit to make sure we were okay, which made the experience feel really genuine. My mom, who is older, likes to try on both shoes and walk in them before deciding, and even though the store typically allows only one shoe at a time, Quan kindly made an exception for her. That small act of understanding really made her comfortable.
Quan also checked us out at the register and went above and beyond. He let me add a last-minute purchase while he was ringing us up and even went to the back to grab it himself. On top of that, he took the time to check my FLX Rewards (something no one has ever done for me before), and I was able to use my rewards toward our purchase.
Because of Kam and Quan’s excellent service, my mom, my daughter, and I had such a pleasant shopping trip. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Decatur—where it’s greater! ?”

“The owners are very nice. I went there yesterday and the new association tried to rush me and accused me of stealing. I've been supporting this business long before she started working here and I drive 45 minutes to come shop not to steal or be rushed when I was the only person left in the store. She was rude and had bad customer service. I hope they find another sales associate. This is the first time I've experienced this.”

“I purchased a pair of University Red and White dunks for a friend who will gift them to her sister for her birthday. Hoping they will be a perfect fit as they are a half size bigger. But it seems that they don’t produce a lot of half sizes for smaller sized men shoes. That slight difference between Grade School and Men’s sizing is very narrow. Not to mention the change in price range of the two. Overall, I think it’s a nice shoe and almost bought a pair for myself. I may have to revisit them at a later date. But a big shout out to the ladies that assisted me with my purchase. Mykesia and I didn’t get the other young lady’s name. Both were very friendly and helped me during my visit. I’ll be sure to visit that store location again in the future.”
“China provided an awesome shopping experience on Wesley Chapel. Way better than the service I get at Ellenwood. I went to Ellenwood and was told I couldn’t unfold a shirt to look at it, but I did the same thing at the Wesley Chapel location and China didn’t spazz. She also gave me some pointers and tips for my outfit. Too bad the real usually don’t get their due credit working for companies because China should hold a clinic on customer service.”

“This was my first time getting a full foot scan. I went in earlier this month on a Monday to look for running shoes and had a lot of questions. The young lady who helped me (I think her name was Hailey...?) was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I had told her I bought a pair around the end of the new year that hurt my feet. And she helped guide me towards a better fit. So far I am happy. Feet Fleet even allows you a 30 day period to try out the shoes and honored the ATL Track Club discount so that was a great bonus. I recommend going to this Decatur location.”
