“Awesome first-time experience; Start to Finish! Manny listened to my concerns during the walk-through and set expectations early to address my to-do list within the timeframe I had set aside for giving my truck some much needed love.
He earned my confidence early and rapidly built a trusting relationship on his detail oriented approach. A full inspection checklist was offered quickly; touching on my list as well as things I hadn’t even thought of (like that stinky cabin filter!) with simple images (when possible) of his findings. They even helped me rank them in priority!
I was out of town for the entire process, but felt looped in and educated throughout the entire process. While I could not do everything suggested, I never felt pressured or judged for declining some of his suggestions, but thankful I know where the gaps are in my service log. I need to set up round two soon, and thankfully I know where to go next time!

“This will now be my go to location for my car services. I have been to other locations in the Atlanta/metro area and the service (labor) and customer service are hit and miss. That isn’t true for this location. I came by a few months ago for an oil change and the service was top notch. I went yesterday for the same service and still top notch service. Kelian and Martin were the two gentlemen who took care of my car and had me in and out in no time. I had a few questions about one of my front tires and Kelian answered them all, and even let me know that I’d need a new air filter soon while completing their point check services that are included with the oil change. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase additional services. As a lady, I was relieved by that and it made me feel all the more comfortable to return soon when I’m ready to replace the filter.”

The repair was done quickly and I as the owner of the car was kept up-to-date via telephone or text as to the status of the car and when it was going to be finished. I really like that the Customer Service exceeded beyond any other repair shops that I’ve been to. I never once had to call in question when my car was going to be fixed. The repair was done quickly and satisfactorily and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if I had any repair or work to be done and not a result of a car accident.”

“Tyler has taken care of my car way before Eurospeedwagon has been conceived. It’s been at least 10~ years now and he’s the only other person I can really trust with my car. The quality of work is always there even if it’s just simple things even when he was doing charity labor for me when I was poor. Everything had to be done right. You can trust this whole team to take care of your car needs. There’s not a time that this shop is not slammed with work so be patient. Parts take time to come in. Good work takes time. Quality control takes time. There’s a lot of transparency if he recommends something best bet you’re gonna need it sooner or later.
