I had difficulty with the initial set up of a new phone (translate that as total operator error), and Brad helped me during the day and even stayed past his shift to make sure I understood exactly what to do and ensure the phone was in proper working operation so I could take it home in tiptop shape. AT&T should clone Brad and reward him in a manner, that reflects his professionalism. Plus, the guy has a great personality!”
