“I ordered a product for a client and the postal worker damaged it and the client was moving out of the country and I got in a time crunch and Natalie Trejo answered the phone call, showed a decent sense of humanity and shipped me a new one at no cost to me because she understood the situation and adjusted. 100% perfect professionalism here and now they have a customer for life because they probably spent an extra five dollars to make sure their customer who is me, of course in this case, was completely taken care of. A business is hard more people like Natalie. They would do better with customers like me. What a great experience!”
“This is my favorite Costco in the area. I have 2 Costcos that are equidistant and 2 others I could easily justify driving to if desired. I choose this one every single time! It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s generally well organized. The snack bar food and staff is top notch. Parking is great compared to the other locations in the area. 5 Star Costco!”
