MONDAY 3am-12pm
TUESDAY TO SATURDAY 5am-12pm
I arrived at 3pm and was told to arrive tomorrow at 5am, parked for the night at the Pilot truck stop for 2 minutes. to go, $18, all parking lots are paid.
The appointment for 8 am arrived at 7:30 am and the door was immediately opened (but the door to the trailer was told not to open), the security guard at the entrance explained everything and immediately opened the door.”
“Had a wonderful experience here for a return and pick up. Ron, and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) assisted me in unloading a heavy item from my vehicle, and loading up another order. They were so polite, helpful and courteous. Shout out to Ron and the others for being such a bright light at Uline!”
“The check-in process was a breeze. William, the security guard, was incredibly courteous and well-spoken. I had a 6am appointment but managed to check in at 5:56am and was assigned a dock door right away. They started unloading my 4 pallets around 7:05am, and I was finished by 7:40am. Oh well, no complaints here ??♂️- overall, it was a great experience.”

“Great place to del. Don't show up more than 30 minutes early, no room to park as it is. Gates open AFTER 0430. Pull in, Park, go to shack, follow instructions. Wear vest, have DOT and truck license plate #s. Wait your turn, doors not going anywhere. 2 hrs to unload, fast CAPSTONE bill. Gonna need patience but goes faster if you slip tandems while waiting and open doors before backing in. Office is around left side, go up red stairs, ring black button, it's louder than intercom.”
