What stands out most is their consistency. Every single time we visit, they greet us with genuine smiles, kindness, patience, and a willingness to help. No matter how busy they are, they always take the time to answer questions, offer thoughtful advice, and make sure we fully understand our medications.
Rachel is an exceptional pharmacist whose knowledge and attention to detail give me tremendous peace of mind. She has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions, including taking extra time to carefully review my son’s medications to ensure there would be no allergic reactions or adverse interactions. Knowing that she truly cares about her patients’ well-being means more than words can express.
One act of kindness I will never forget was when I was running late from work and desperately needed to pick up my son’s antibiotic. Rachel stayed past closing time so I could get the medication he needed. That level of dedication and compassion is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about the kind of person she is.

“We moved to Georgia about a year ago. I use to hate going to this CVS in Target because the pharmacist did not have any customer service at all whatsoever but he was fine with my Caucasian husband . Go figure!! Since he left (retired), it is so much better. Beatrice is absolutely wonderful!

Every time I interact with this particular CVS on Cobb Parkway in Target Acworth is an absolute excellence of service and knowledge of Beatrice and her team is unbelievable! This location should be a great example to CVS . They are exemplary! Please keep up the great job!!!”
“I don’t know the name of the guy that helped me but he is absolutely wonderful with an uplifting personality. I’m new here and he had even remembered that I came in the previous month and that I am from North Georgia. I don’t really know anyone here and it is a big place (to me) so that really made my day. I had no problems switching my prescriptions to this pharmacy and my medication was ready right away both times.”

“Had a great experience at the Mars Hill Walgreens yesterday. I needed to return an item purchased from another location—and one they don’t even carry—but the store supervisor (Tyler) and team (Hajit & Andre) were incredibly helpful and made it happen without any hassle.
