People are great but to print with self serve printer, from Dropbox, I was required to do **TEN multi-step puzzles** as a safety that I am a human and not a robot… TEN puzzles. The amount of time and number of steps to go through are not reasonable, esp when you’re also paying.

I will leave my comment for the supervisor for one person privately. Other than that the store is clean and everyone except one person was attentive and showed great customer service. Will/did come back. Just waited patiently for another representative to help me. This person didn't stop me but I hope she has a better day.

Normally friendly and helpful. However, I dropped off an unopened return. They would not ship it in the box, which they had recently delivered. Any damage or issues with the box were the result of FedEx but they wanted me to pay to re-box the package they just delivered. Not helpful or respectful. :-(
