It took me a little while to write this review, but I finally made it — and I couldn’t let the chance pass without sharing my amazing experience at The UPS Store in Toco Hills.
I walked in just to make a few prints… and walked out happy, grateful, and honestly blown away! ? All thanks to Kiesha, who gave me a level of personalized service that’s incredibly rare to find these days.
She didn’t just care about what I needed — she actually helped me enhance the look and feel of my prints ??️, paying attention to every little detail. Her kindness, her energy, her passion for what she does… everything was a 1000 out of 10! ?
Kiesha made me feel right at home ? and treated me like more than just a customer. She’s not only excellent at what she does — she’s exceptional with people, which is what truly matters.

These newbies aren’t cutting it for a high volume location! The store looks like a circus. They aren’t efficient in servicing guest timely or with accuracy! The old crew gave excellent, skillful and timely service that while ensuring customer care!
Edited and Update: after learning the store expansion to a new location and having to divide the dynamic team between both stores, I must say they are working hard to regain their proficiency with delivering great service while working in some of the newbies. Overall this location is still my favorite.”
“I went in to mail a letter. Tamara was about to ring me up for postage cost. Then she said the machine wasn’t working properly and opened her personal wallet to give me a stamp she had at no charge. “Robert and his crew did a fantastic job. They cut off a dangling tree limb and cleared up a large amount of tree debris when another branch fell. Extra: they trimmed branches which were touching the roof, and others on front-yard trees. Put my broken mailbox back together! Robert said he wanted to keep his crew busy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RPG TREES! Reasonable prices too$$”

I am in my late 60s and this was my first time using QuickQuick, so it was difficult for me to learn, but I was grateful that they kindly explained it to me even after asking more than 10 times.The shipping cost is almost half that of the post office and delivery is also faster.Korean shipping is highly recommended.”

“Due to the inconvenience of my community not receiving deliveries on our behalf, I had to come here to retrieve my package. At 2P on a Tuesday, there were two employees working in a team effort from checking IDs, scanning packages & handing them out...all with a smile & great service. The location is dilapidated & well in need of serious renovation, yet with quick & efficient service. Located next door to the UPS Facility.”
