“I went to a tmobile store at Arbor mall for help with my phone. There were 3 employees in the store that did nothing to help me. They didn't even try so I went to the sore on hywy 5 # 5522 and immediately as I walked in the store I was greeted by a couple of very pleasant employees whom I now know to be Selecia G. and Richard the manager. They were so attentive, knowledgeable and patient as I am a senior citizen and can't always maneuver some of these newer phones. Selecia G. stayed with me the whole time without getting discouraged or impatient. When I left there I was so pleased and satisfied and the reasons for my going into the store were solved. I recommend anyone that may have any questions or concerns concerning their devices to go to this location and you won't be disappointed. Thanks and on the other hand avoid the location in Arbor mall, Douglasville.”
“Hello RAC Team! Forgive me in advance for rambling but this is worth it. I am a long time customer of the location in Douglasville. Over the years, I have had such an amazing experience. The customer service has always been absolutely exceptional from start to finish.
Everybody experiences hardships and unforeseen circumstances. I recently went through a storm of having my rented property sold by the owner from under myself and children within a months notice, to losing my vehicle to transmission failure, to starting a new job, and maintaining my studies at GSU. At the time, I was experiencing serious financial setbacks. RAC made a way through it all!!
The general manager, Derek, has been most professional. He is understanding, down to earth, patient, and a listening man. If I ever encountered a few bumps on the road, he is surely there to get you "squared away" and back on track. He is highly dependable and always does his best to finds ways to make it work for his customers. He is most fair and within reason. I have never experienced such attentiveness and compassion for customers needs. It is out of the world amazing.
THANK YOU Derek, Rachel, Josh and all RAC team members for going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and a valued customer. Overall, I cannot express enough of Derek's dedication to providing the best customer services. It is truly commendable. I sincerely appreciate it all. You deserve showers of praises, bonuses and raises because no one does business like you. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for and unforgettable experience. I am most grateful to you.

“Never have enough wheelchair carts unless you show up before 7am most are broken or in need of repair, prices are better than puplix, kroger but then have to navigate stocks who block isles, or personal shops who block isles and either ignore you or are RUDE”
